Semuanya mengecewakan, tidak nyaman, tidak ada air.

Staff were really helpful and shout out to the girl (I forget the name) she was help me from the very beginning. It's a good place it should be, but since lack of maintenance in some parts made it worst 1. Television, fix the aerial. I stay in 2 different rooms but the televisions were the same. 2. Bathtub, first room there's no cover for the drain, second room everything looked perfect for the first time till I tried to fill it and found out the drain was leak sad. Additional the water so poor... 3. The Wall, The first room was nice however lots of spider web on the top. The second room, the wall was poor seriously... Cleanliness was ok

Tempatnya bersih dan nyaman, staf super ramah.

No daily housekeeping and floor very dirty. Water pressure very low when using bathroom. Bedsheet with wholes.

Ini villa sungguh tidak layak, listrik mati karena kehabisan tokan, giliran diingatkan staffnya malah marah, akhirnya kita check-out hari itu juga, Dan sangat aneh seorang staf disana yang bernama agung malah berteriak, kamarnya bisa saya jual lagi. sungguh tidak beretika, kita ini tamu bukan binatang, dan kita bayar tetapi diperlakukan seperti binatang.

Menyenangkan menginap di sini, staff-nya ramah banget.

Note: Website stated this hotel as a 3 Star Hotel. Well let me start 1. I booked this hotel for 4D3N. I believe the photos showed in website for this hotel is taken 10000 years ago when human are not even exist. The Hotel is located on a small road far from the mainroad and it's quite hard to find. Especially if you drive a car. 2. As soon as we arrived the hotel keeper gave us 2 towel that is so dirty that it turned yellow-ish. I was staying with my wife.(why do we say hotel keeper? because he is the only hotel staff in this place. he take care of everything in the hotel) 3. The bathroom is extremely smell bad. I can't stand the smell even when the bathroom door closed. the hotel keeper said it smell so bad because they are using water from the well, but how come it smells like septic tank? I can't sleep at night because of the smell 4. The Hotel Keeper said that the breakfast will be provided around 8.30 am tomorrow morning. I woke up around 8.00 am and then waited for 2 hours (10 am) still no sign of the food yet. I got really hungry and finally decided to call the hotel keeper (he was nowhere to be found in the hotel that morning). He picked up the phone and said that I have to find the cook staff that will cook our breakfast. Can you imagine that? he told me to find the cook staff? The Guest? Finally we found the cook staff and he was standing outside the hotel entrance. He said sorry because he wasn't aware that we already woke up. How could he know that we already woke up if you not even in the hotel area? 5. There is a 24/7 dog guarding the main entrance to the hotel. Finally me and my wife decided to checkout after just 1 night staying in the hotel. And remember website stated the hotel as a 3 star Hotel

Pelayanannya sih memuaskan tapi fasilitasnya yang tidak memuaskan banget. AC tidak dingin, listrik sering mati karena kurang daya. Parkir hanya 1 mobil padahal saya bawa 2 mobil. Yang 1 mobil parkir cukup jauh, dan itu pun pulang boleh di atas jam 11 malam.

Kamar dibersihkan tidak setiap hari. Tidak bisa request jam breakfast. Di jam 7 listrik mati berkali-kali dengan alasan token listrik habis dan ini bisa berjam-jam AC tidak dingin.

Senang banget menginap disini, stafnya sangat ramah, benar? kaya di rumah sendiri tapi 1 yang kurang, airnya bau, Karena memang air sumur sih ya tapi so far so gooded kalau ke Bali pasti ke sini lagi.

Jalan masuknya kecil dan agak bingung sih. Kamarnya nyaman. hanya pelayanannya seperti di rumah. Serba self service. Free breakfast tapi yang ada hanya roti selai dan sosis saja, itupun masak sendiri, wajar sih sesuai rate yang murah

Semua oke, seperti dirumah sendiri, mau masak mau minum ambil sendiri didapur, tempatnya walaupun di tengah-tengah pemukiman namun pas banget buat santai. Cuma sayang air berbau tanah.

Awalnya kami masih ragu mau menginap. Tapi setelah menginap disini, saya sangat senang. Fasilitasnya hotel bintang lima. Kolam renangnya bersih dan segar. Kamarnya super nyaman dan enak ada AC dan bathtubnya Makasih Bali Live Villas. Sayangnya belum ada mushala hehe. Cocok buat liburan keluarga dan honeymoon.

The room was spacious and we Love the bathtub also. the price was affordable. difficult to find the address, but it is worth it when you know that the place are located in secluded area and you can hear nothing but the bird chirping in the morning.

Tempatnya enak, nyaman, ramah masnya, kamar bersih, cuma kolamnya kurang bersih.
