BALQUISSE Heritage Hotel

最近ヴィンテージにハマっている娘の為に最後の日に特別にブッキングしたブティックホテル。 オンラインで見た時はもっとスプーキー(怖め)だと思ったが、実際見てみると高貴なイメージだった。 1960年代のアンティークの家を修復して作られたフランス人🇫🇷のオーナーのデザインのセンスの良さが伝わってくる。 裏庭の広いガーデンと奥のレストランは他のモダンなブティックホテルにはない、優雅なヨーロピアン風のアンティーク家具とあらゆるところに飾られたビンテージのシャンデリアが美しい。 2階のお部屋に続く階段には美しいシャンデリアが迎えてくれて、 ヴィンテージの上下2段に開く大きなドアを開けると、甘いカラーのアンティークガラスの照明とテラスが乙女心をくすぐる。 改善点 フロントのスタッフの対応はあまり良くない。 笑顔が少ないく、他のブティックホテルに比べて印象が悪い👎 送迎のサポートもあまり対応が良くなく、騙された気分だった。

チェックインは14時の予定でしたが、準備ができておらず14時半ごろにインできました。 前日に別の部屋からスタイルの違うタイプへのチェックインでしたが、ホテル内の石畳のあるとてもスーツケースを転がしにくい中で、重いスーツケースと複数の荷物をを抱えて、遠い部屋まで土の上や芝生や石畳の施設内を歩くのは大変な苦労でした。 別の部屋とは言え、連泊なので、 スーツケースぐらい次の部屋に用意しておいてくれればいいのにと思いました。 この辺のスタッフのサービスは非常に悪いと感じました。 2泊目はスイートのお部屋でしたが、 部屋のベッドメイキングでシーツにざらざらした黒いものがたくさん付いていて、なんだろうと思いながら、手で払い除けてその日は寝ましたが、寝ているときになんと、天井から細かいものがたくさん降ってきて、シーツにたくさん落ちてきたので最初虫かと思って軽くパニくりましたが、電気をつけてよく見ると、埃のようなゴミか、塗装？のカスだったようです。 アンティークな雰囲気はとても素敵なのですが、メンテナンスを入れていないと言うのとはまた違うなと思いました。 またチェックアウトの際、現地払いと言うことで、余ったルピアがたくさんあったので、キャッシュで清算しようとしたところ、クレジットカードを提示していないのにもかかわらず、勝手にクレジットカード引き落としされてしまいました!また、エクスペディアで予約の際10%割引がされてあるかどうかフロントで確認したかったのですが、うまく英語が通じず、イライラしたフロントの方が、早口の英語でまくし立てるように何かを説明していてとても怖かったです。そのフロントの方は、その後Google翻訳で、日本語に翻訳した何かを見せてくれましたが、(もちろんこれは直訳すぎるので何を言っているのかわからなかったのですが)その時の態度が、iPadをこちらに向けて自分は明後日の方向を見ており、いかにもフンッ！という態度でしたので、海外のホテルではこんな態度をフロントの人がとる国もあるのか、、、と本当にびっくりしました。 この方はゲイの方でしたが、ホテル滞在中初期の頃はとても良い印象でしたので、最後のチェックアウトのときの態度を見てとても驚き、幻滅しました。 もちろんこのフロントの方は、ありがとうの一言もなく、私たちは追い出すようにホテルを後にさせられました。 ただ他のホテルのスタッフの方でにこやかに接してくださった方も2人くらいはいました。 全体的には二度とリピートは無いと思ったホテルでした。

アメニティーで歯ブラシがついてなかった。ガラスのボトルにミネラルウォーターがはいっていたが、ボトルのパッキンのプラスチックにカビがついたままで不潔な印象でした。全体的にアンティークなのがせっかく素敵だったのに残念でした。

お湯がなかなかでない ドライヤーがこわれてる シャンプー、リンスなどもボトル使いづらい 他はよかった

tt helt fantastiskt hotell i klassisk balinesisk anda – med bara 16 rum men ändå tre pooler, yoga och en avkopplande spaavdelning. Gott om mysiga utrymme att umgås utomhus, samtidigt som den personliga matsalen skapade en unik upplevelse. Ett topphotell jag gärna återvänder till.

One of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had in my many years of traveling both in business and private. The staff was just so kind and helpful with everything. We did morning yoga in the wonderful yoga studio surrounded by the lemongrass field outside. We had both dinner and afternoon tea at the hotel. Food was great, and the breakfast was made from your personal choice. They really have put effort in the details. Beautiful and calming atmosphere.

Det vackraste hotell jag bott på. Magisk personal och fantastiska rum. Besökte hotellet för 5 år sedan, då var maten och servicen sämre. Nu har detta förbättrats och frukost, lunch så väl som middag och service var utsökt. Jag längtar till vi får åka tillbaka!

There’s no place quite like this hotel. I’ve stayed here twice and would stay here every time I go to Bali because it’s so amazing. The unique rooms, the amazing staff, the incredible pools the beautiful Resturant. it all works so well. Jimbaran is a fast paced area, but a great location and the property is tucked back in the most beautiful location. I almost don’t wanna recommend this hidden gem.

Gorgeous hotel, like out of a movie or an interior design magazine! Breakfast was amazing, staff so nice!

Such a beautiful place to stay.

A unique property for sure, however the rooms are very dark, there was construction on the property when there (building a yoga building) morning to night noise, there is not a lot of privacy as the rooms all open to common areas. very expensive for what it is. We booked a massage and specifically hung around for it only to be told that they gave our time to another guest but did not say sorry. STaff are not friendly.

This property is full of rustic Balinese charm. We had the superior room which was adequate just for the 2 of us. Downfall is that the room amenities when we booked stated a TV. The room didn't have one. We were eventually given one after showing them a screen shot of our booking. We had clean towels every day and was even left 3. This is great for those with long hair to wrap it up after a shower and still have another towel to dry your body. Unfortunately the shower was constantly going hot and then cold and was not powerful enough to get the shampoo out of long hair quickly. The hair dryer took forever to dry hair too. The staff were fantastic. Always there to help. The breakfast was included but unfortunately every savoury included eggs. We were totally egged out by the end of the holiday. We thoroughly enjoyed lazing by the pool and there could be more beds in the sun for people to use.

charming little hotell with excellent service

The Balquisse is one of the most stunning and beautiful places that we have ever stayed at. The grounds, rooms and all facilities are gorgeous. Immaculately designed and breathtaking. We booked a deluxe room but we’re upgraded to a suite. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has full amenities provided and the daily service efficient. Each morning we would go to breakfast and the room was always clean and tidy by the time we got back. Breakfast was scrumptious, fruit, pancakes, eggs, granola, and the best coffee we have had at a hotel in all of Bali. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was equally lovely. There is no need to leave, but if you wish to walk to the beach and see the sunset, it takes about 15 minutes. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, quiet and relaxing hotel. Well cared for and pampered, 10min walk from the beach with spectacular rooms. Perfect place to unwind for a few days.

One of the most wonderful stay I ever had. The place is just out of time. Both Balinese style we were looking for and kind of colonial annex which will amazes you. The staff is the nicest and thoughtful. I will definitely go back there if I come back to Bali.

Dejlig atmosfære i smukke æstetiske omgivelser. Hjælpsom og imødekommende personale. Fredelig beliggenhed på en ellers meget hektisk gade. Vi kommer gerne igen
