Bhavana Private Villa

雨季にこちらを訪れました。No.15の部屋に宿泊しましたが、排水の流れが良くなくシャワーの排水口や、バスタブの排水口、あらゆるところから逆流してきて、部屋が水浸しになりました。ホテル側に伝えるとすぐに違う部屋を手配していただけましたので、何か問題があった際にはスタッフに申し出るといいと思います！ スタッフの方は皆親切にしてくださり、小さい子を連れての旅行でしたが、食事の際には子供の面倒をみてくれたりと本当に助かりました！！ 感謝しかないです!

とにかく広々！！バリらしいヴィラを大満喫できました！！あえて言うとすれば、シャワーやドライヤーの圧はやはり弱めで期待はできないかなぁ、だけです！

設備内容、ロケーション、プライベート感ともに素晴らしかった。家族連れでもカップルでも満足の内容では。

お風呂に髪が詰まっていました。そして蚊がおおいです。スタッフはいつも笑顔で挨拶してくれ、朝ごはんもとても美味しく、気持ちよく過ごさせていただくことができました。バスタオルを替えておいてくれなかった日があり、しっかり掃除してくれているのか不安になりました。こういうことが一度あると、疑ってしまうのでしっかりしてほしいです。

今回初めての宿泊でしたが、立地の利便性がよく、お部屋も想像以上に快適でした。 鍵の開け閉めに難儀したり、シャワーの出が悪かったり、多少お掃除不足な点もありましたが、お値段を考えれば合格点かと思います。 スタッフも皆さん、親切でしたし、朝食も美味しくいただけました。 周りにも色々と気になるヴィラはありますが、また機会があれば、こちらにも宿泊したいです。

値段から考えられないような贅沢な気分になれます。また、部屋でのマッサージは、腕も良いし、最高です。ただ、親切にしてくれたスタッフが最終日に高額な釣銭がないとして、釣銭を返金してくれなかったのが残念です。特に、チップを出そうとしていたので。

2ベッドルームに泊まりました。 使いやすくとても良かったです。 毎朝スタッフがお部屋で朝食を作ってくれます。 なかなか美味しかった。 場所も5分位歩くとすぐにレストランや ブティックがあるので便利。 ヴィラなのでのんびり部屋で過ごす人も お買い物に行きたい人にもオススメ。

スミニャックといってもクロボカンに近く、人気のレストランが並ぶ通りに歩いていけるのでとても便利。スミニャックの中心は車も人も多くうるさいのですが、このエリアは、落ち着いた雰囲気で一番好きなエリアです。 ホテルの部屋はプライベートプールがついていてかっこいいのですが、落ち葉がうかんでいたりして泳ぐ雰囲気ではありません。水浴び用です。ホテルにレストランが無い為、朝食は前日にメニューを選択して希望時間を予約するとその時間にバトラーが部屋のキッチンで朝食を調理してサーブしてくれます。希望通りの時間の予約がとれなかったりして、結構うっとうしい。好きな時間にレストランで食べる方が気楽です。朝食の質はいまいち。いつも2人っきりで他の人に邪魔されたくないカップルにはお勧めですが、私は改めて、大型リゾートホテルの良さを実感しました。寝室は屋内ですが、リビングダイニングとバストイレが　屋外のため、蚊にさされまくります。また出たり入ったりする為、寝室にどうしても蚊が入ってしまい、毎晩蚊との戦いで睡眠不足になってしまいました。蚊取り線香は常に炊いているのですが、全然ききません。落ち着いていられる空間がなく、ちょっと疲れました。ホテルのスタッフは感じがよくフレンドリーです。有料ですが、帰りの空港まで送ってくれて早朝だったので朝食を パックにして用意してくれたりと親切でした。 ファミリーには大型リゾートホテルをお勧めします。

We enjoyed our stay here. The villas are a little tired. They need a deep clean and a little bit of work, maybe some new towels and a bit of work on the pools. Had a few tiles fall off the pool while we were there. The cabinets in the kitchen are broken, most of the doors are a bit stiff, etc. Cannot fault the staff. The staff were amazing from start to finish. Friendly, efficient and polite.

The staff are all amazing people. 5 star service all round. Will definitely stay again.

The photos must be very old because the villa didn't look anything like what I see on my booking. The ladies come to the villa to cook breakfast, how nice. They came in with 4 banana pancakes already made and offered them to us. We accepted two, we'd already ordered our breakfast upon check-in. She also offered another juice, to which we said yes to please top up the 3/4 full glass. She gave us a whole glass then charged us $AU25 for two pancakes and 1 glass of juice. I was horrified, wo.shw gracefully said ok only $20. WHAT???? Soooo sneaky. The minibar is an empty old fridge. Ceiling fan didn't work. Toilet barks like a seal every 2 minutes. Mozzies galore. Hard bed. Thought I was going to fall through the deck. I will NEVER stay here again. In fact, we left at 9am the next day and booked elsewhere. They refused to give me a refund also. I'd avoid this place if you want comfort and honesty. Picture shows the two ladies who charged me $20 for two pancakes and one juice

It was ok for the price. Beautiful area but noisy due to construction of other villas next block.

I think these villas would be very good if they had kept up with basic maintenance, I can see that they were once very nice but everything has been allowed to kind of decay and become shabby. There wasn't a single thing that wasn't slightly broken or dirty or badly maintained. I don't think it would take much effort to fix all these things once and then employ people to keep the standard up. Compared to other places we've stayed, these issues were a bit of a let down. The staff were wonderful and the location was on par with anywhere in Seminyak so no issues there. I just saw so many things that if they'd just been more proactively fixed they wouldn't have become bigger issues.

Great place and amazing staff would stay again and rhe villa was awesome only thing id do different is get the free breakfast package

Dirty, stains on the pillow and bed. Ants everywhere and also a bit of mould. Also no response for the airport shuttle being offered.

I absolutely loved it here. The staff were very friendly and always cleaned up the rooms. The breakfast was delicious and they always fleeted the rooms and outdoor areas to prevent mosquitoes.

We have stayed here 3 times and it is clear from our most recent visit that maintaining and keeping the property in good condition is not a priority. It's tired with many things not working and in need of update or repair. Location is great and its comfortable however it hasn't aged well. The staff in general are great but the state of the property lets it down.

Beautiful villa very large and comfortable and staff were excellent.

It was average — property needs a little revamp. The staff was amazing tho.
