This place is very difficult to find.. our taxi drove past several times but as there was no signage, couldn't find the place. Eventually we got out of the taxi and had to ask a shop which had never heard of the place... but turns out it was next door to them! The room had the potential to be great but the furniture was stained and dirty and looked like it hadn't been looked after properly. Probably more suited to surfers rather than a family staying there.

Went there for a staycation with my partner. It was pretty hard to find the hotel lobby since there is no sign or anything. But the staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, unfortunately, it wasn't deeply cleaned, it was dusty and smells humid. They didn't accommodate us with shampoo😭. The location is really great, located next to a supermarket, and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby. But for me, cleanliness is really important, so yeah, I don't think I will be back.

Vila yang luas dengan interior yang mewah, lantai marmer, pool marmer sehingga membuat villa ini menjadi tambah dingin, sejuk, Fasilitas yang tertera di aplikasi sesuai dengan apa yang di dapatkan. pool bersih, kamar bersih, kamar mandi bersih, rooftop juga bersih, Hanya saja penerangan di rooftop perlu di tambah. Karena menurut saya itu terlalu redup. staf semua ramah.

On the first night because of heavy raining, in the morning when I woke up, all water in the entire room. I call to the reception and they try to move me to the other room. the staff was really helpful and nice.

Pelayanan buruk serba tidak tahu apa apa, TV chanel tidak jalan dengan alasan Nyepi padahal saya cek besoknya setelah Nyepi tetap tidak jalan. Di details penjelasan terdapat bathtube, kenyataannya tidak ada, wardrobe dalam lemari kotor.

Hotelnya sangat strategis, dekat dengan La Laguna, di lantai dasar ada starbucks, kamarnya sangat bagus, terdapat fasilitas smart TV dan netflix, youtube dan lain-lain, private pool dan private rooftopnya mantap. Cocok untuk pengunjung yang privasinya tidak ingin terganggu, suasana hotel tenang, para crewnya juga sangat membantu, khususnya crewnya yang bernama endara. Saran: perbaiki ukuran signage hotel agar pengunjung dapat dengan mudah menemukan.

Pelayanan sangat tidak memuaskan, attitude dan komunikasi sangat tidak baik.

Bersih, pelayanan juga oke, fasilitas lengkap, tidak terlalu jauh juga dr kota.
