-Smoking is NOT allowed inside the bedrooms. In all other areas smoking is permitted. -Max guest is 2 people. Additional 1 number of child - max 5 years old - is allowed. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above are not allowed to stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. -The villa is located in a residential area. Loud music and parties are prohibited after 9 pm. Management reserves the right to remove guests who don't oblige with these conditions, from the villa. Any payment will not be refunded in this case.
