Castaway Resort Lembongan

Our stay was amazing. This is sooooo close to Mushroom beach. It’s amazingly clean, beautifully designed and a great place to stay. Loved our stay here. Highly recommended. Craig

Rooms are lovely so was the staff, had great breakfast's although no restaurant they do have a small menu for lunch and dinner that they cook for you, if you are looking for qiet this is for you, awesome

Loved the room, hammock, barhroom, clean nice big verandah and the staff were exceptional

We had the most wonderful stay at Castaway! The staff were beyond lovely and so helpful with anyone we asked. The hotel is gorgeous and perfect if you were travelling with other people - shared pool which is quite close to everyone else’s rooms but it makes for a nice relaxing environment anyway. It’s walkable to mushroom beach, super easy and close, The ONLY negative is the bar across the road plays louddd live music every night until approx 10-11pm but in all honesty it didn’t really effect us sleeping and we had 2 kids (2 and 5). We 10000% will be coming back to castaway - we had the best time!

Welcoming staff, icy cold airconditioner, close to restaurants and the beach. The property gates are locked from public overnight, gicing more privacy than many other hotels in the area.

Staff are so lovely and helpful. We were met from the boat on mushroom beach and they helped us back to the beach with bags when left. The accommodation was tranquil and relaxing.

Glass doors don’t lock, front gate to private villa don’t lock either. Didn’t like that at 7am they were outside villa cleaning - the villa has all full glass doors. Not private at all. The villa is very run down, in bedroom 3 all the paint is falling off the walls, TV didn’t work either. Main bedroom bathroom, 1 sink was broken, towel hooks broken and towel rail. We stayed 4 nights and no new towels or sheets cleaned. Was very disappointing when charged over $1700 for 4 nights. Staff were friendly but disappointing about the villa.

Wonderful place. Wonderful staff. Amazing location. We had the best time in the villa - undoubtedly the best place we stayed in our whole Bali trip. The villa is amazing, only the kitchen could need a little upgrade- the rest is stunning. Great service from the team - we felt very welcomed and got good help arranging tours, scooters and more. I highly recommend staying here! Thank you for having us.

Joli hotel, peu de chambre. Un peu bruyant. Un service impeccable. Une sortie organisée avec l'hôtel, nous avons tous ete ravis.

Amazing service! Such a cozy hotel, felt really separated from the busy street. The staff was very nice and helped with everything we needed!

Lovely location

We couldn’t fault The Castaway our stay was fantastic and we really didn’t want to leave. Definitely would love to go back.

Very cute boutique. Very nice decorated and very clean. Staff were very welcoming. A few minutes walking distance to the beach.

Staff were friendly but place was too small and everyone was too close. Breakfast was not very good

Really enjoyed our stay here. Property was super cute & a few minutes walk from the best swimming beach on the island. Loved the relaxing vibe. There were a few negatives, mainly being the cleanliness. As the photos online were so amazing, I was a little bit disappointed. In saying that, If these little things were fixed I would give it a 5/5 and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. - mould on the bed canopy. As you look up when in bed, I could see big spots of mould. Knowing that the canopy doesn’t get cleaned, I had to keep moving it behind the bed as I didn’t like my kids touching it. - the hammock (brown one) outside our room had a huge spot of mould/stain. - lounge chair outside was filthy. I wouldn’t use it unless I had my sarong covering over it. - no where to hang wet pool towels & they don’t get replaced. I resorted to putting our dining chairs in the walkway with our towels over them so they got some sun. - walls are crumbling and there was a hole right next to the bed where the bedside table is. - area under & behind the bed had very thick dust and needs a deep clean including the bed frame. I still loved the place but these small things that could easily be fixed would make this place amazing.

10/10 You will not find better. Plus Mushroom beach is the best beach I found, and I walked the whole island. Ty again Castaway you were fab x

Sehr schönes Hotel auf Nusa Lembongan. Die Boho vibes und die Dekoration hat mir besonders gut gefallen. In Zimmer fehlt meiner Meinung nach ein Ganzkörper Spiegel. Ansonsten hätte das Frühstück etwas üppiger sein können. Ich konnte aus einer Auswahl an Frühstücken wählen, z. B. Bowl und dazu gab es einen Fruchtsaft. Ein paar frische, aufgeschnittene Früchte und/oder ein Stück Gebäck hätten noch dazu gegeben werden können.
