ブティックホテルと高級ホテルを合わせたようなホテルでサービスも含めてとてもよかった。 日本人スタッフの方がいてくれたのも助かりました。

サステナブルコンセプトが一貫して徹底されていて、感銘を受けました。素晴らしいホテルです。朝食もとても美味しかったですが、domeでのdinnerは最高の食事でした。また、バリに来た時には必ず宿泊したいです。

El hotel es muy bueno, tal vez uno de los mejores de Bali. Tiene el tamaño perfecto, ni muy grande ni muy pequeño, por lo que el personal te ubica perfecto y esta atento a tus necesidades. La arquitectura es impresionante, la alberca, la habitación, las áreas comunes, los restaurantes y el club nocturno son increíbles.

The staff were absolutely amazing, all of them are a massive asset to Potato Head beach club. Our 4 night stay was a trip to remember. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Amazing staff and service. We stayed in the Garden Suites, which has everything you could want including a cocktail bar, Dyson hairdryer, courtyard, and beautiful bed.

Excellent stay as always! 3rd time we've stayed at this hotel and it still remains as one of our favorite places! Service is outstanding, food, ambiance, cleanliness, and centrally located to all fun!

Staff was amazing, pool is phenomenal, and beach club is fun. It was my birthday so they upgraded the room and gave me cake, bracelet, and cool tumbler! Thank you! Would 1000% stay again.

My second time here. While the pool area and room was fantastic as always, friendly staff etc. Unfortunately I got the worst food poisoning from the hotel. I was only eating on site during my 7 day stay. This wrote off 2 of my nights/days. There was no attempt from staff to even ask where I had eaten etc, my partner overheard at breakfast 2 other people complain about having food poisoning the same night having only eaten there. At check out time I was too sick still to do anything, they couldn’t offer somewhere to lie down (other than paying $300 for another 3 hours in the room) and ended up waiting in Dome for 6 hours until it was time to go to the airport. While i really enjoyed my first trip and the first half of this one, how badly I got sick and the hotels response I doubt I will be coming back. Not at $700 a night to lie in agony and unable to eat or drink, not acceptable from a hotel of this calibre.

Love to stay in hotel all day long

We stayed at Desa Potato Head and it truly exceeded every expectation. We originally booked the Sunrise Studio, but upon arrival we were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the Garden Suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture and set the tone for the rest of our stay. What stood out most was how warm and genuine the service was. Every staff member we encountered, from the buggy driver to the pool staff to the reception team, was consistently welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special mention to Yogi, who assisted us throughout our stay and genuinely made us feel taken care of from the moment we checked in until we checked out. His sincerity and attentiveness really made the experience feel personal. We also truly appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. Upon check-in, we were given reusable tumblers to use throughout the stay since the hotel does not use single-use plastics, and we even got to bring them home. It’s such a thoughtful and meaningful touch that reflects their values. We spent most of our time relaxing by the pool and were continually delighted by the small details, from complimentary jamu shots to fresh fruit and papaya or watermelon ice cream. These gestures may seem small, but they made us feel genuinely cared for and added so much warmth to the experience. Everything about the hotel—the atmosphere, design, energy, service, sustainability mindset, and people—made this stay incredibly memorable.
