ジャティ 3 バンガロー＆スパ

夫婦と子ども2人の四人家族です。デラックスファミリールームを予約しました。 ダブルベッドが2台のはずでしたが、通された部屋はダブルベッド1台とシングルベッド1台。 タオルや水の数を見ても3人部屋のようでした。 ベッドが違うと言うと、別の部屋を見せてくれました。その部屋は、まさにHPで見た部屋。 でも、階段を降りて降りて降りて・・・ 暗く、バスタブもなかったし、最初の部屋にエキストラを入れてくれるというので、最初の部屋にしました。 結果的には正解でした。 親子4人で泊まれてよかったのですが、このレベルなら高い感じがしました。 スタッフは愛想よくないし、次の日のタオルは何度かお願いして、最後はこちらから取りに行って、やっともらえました。 水は最初の1日だけでした。 夫は、 「この値段なら部屋は広いし、プールもあるし、エアコンも付いているし、十分だよ」 と言ってましたが。 スタッフがもっと親切なら、ぐっと印象がよくなるだけに残念です。 日本人がそこら辺を求めすぎるのかもしれません。その証拠に、世界中からたくさんの宿泊客がいましたから。

従業員が情報を勧めてくれて、選択肢が広がった。朝ご飯のメニューがもう少しあってもよい。街中に安いワルン（食堂）が多くあり、量も多めなので、長く滞在する場合は、余計にそう感じるかも。ただ、ゆっくりしたいなら、安いし、申し分ない。

This place was unique and conveniently located in the centre of Ubud. Other than the surrounding area being a bit noisy at night, staff were welcoming and the accommodation had a unique character.

The location is great, easy to walk anywhere. It’s center but quiet. The pool is a great feature to relax after a busy day. We had a double family room. It’s spacious but the bathroom needs an update. The staff is very nice and helpful and trustworthy.

Great location in central Ubud, easy to walk to shops, restaurants and Monkey Forest. Our family room was spacious, bathroom was adequate. Small, but very clean pool area was good to relax after a day out exploring. 4 breakfast options to choose from daily. Some noise from live music in local bars (earplugs soon solved the problem).

Séjour très agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et très bon. La piscine est propre et sympa. Bonne localisation, accessible à pied à une 50aine de mètre de la route. Chambre lumineuse, agréable avec la terrasse et très bien équipée. Petit bémol sur les rideaux qui laissent passer le jour et un jet d’eau dans la douche assez faible.

Really nice small hotell with very friendly staff

This hotel is pleasant but it is very basic and a little bit dated. Indonesian hospitality is brilliant and this place was no exception - it's a happy place! A chair in the room would have been nice and so would a table or bench. I think a luggage rack would have been nice because I do not like leaving my suitcase on the floor. Lastly, the curtains were white and very see-through. Even with the curtains closed, as soon as the sun came up, the room was bathed in brightness! The curtains were not a very intelligent choice! But great location and a lovely, simple breakfast each day.

You definitely get what you pay for here. Excellent location, big room (we got room22), fantastic staff, great breakfast. Yes, it’s old. Bathroom needs a makeover. Yes it’s loud. There’s a band virtually next door playing classic rock music. If you can live with those things you won’t get a better deal. Walk 5mins to the monkey forest or 10mins to the main shopping district. Heaps of food, spa, laundry, and shops along the way.

A beautiful and quiet setting in the heart of Ubud. Everything was very clean, well kept and our hosts were kind and genuine. There is a seamstress next door who was able to repair some clothing for a good price. A family room was offered at a reasonable price.

Le bar juste a cote nous fait profiter de la musique jusqu a 22/23h, sinon tout etait bien.

The staff were great and attentive. They did not have a vegan option fit breakfast but the make one up for us. Hotel is nicely tucked away from the main busy road. The pool was great for the kids and adults alike. Our room overlooked the monkey forest side and we managed to see some in action.

Great staff very helpful

I have stayed here before - its good position and adequate facilities suit me well. There are a few steps to negotiate which doesn't suit my wife too well but they were able to move us to a room with fewer access steps, so that was fine.

Good location and value for money even with limited facilities. Only downside not great sound proofing if you have noisy neighbours. Stayed here previously and would stay again
