スタッフが皆親切で笑顔だった。

ウブド中心地までの無料シャトルバスがありますが、かなり渋滞し30分くらいかかりました。帰りは17時半が最終だったのでGrabにしました。 Wifiのアクセスコードがどこにも載っていなかったので、少々困りました。（予想されるものをいれてみたら、運良く使えました。）

Everything was amazing!

This place is relaxation and comfort. The room is amazing and I have the personal pool in front which is amazing for random skinny dipping when I feel like it. The place is modern and beautiful. The pools are great and you can’t get better service. Loved my stay here. The spa was also amazing.

My wife and I celebrated our honeymoon at Kappa Senses Ubud, and it was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and treated like family. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable, showing genuine care in everything they did. We had several early tours planned—Mount Batur, Heaven’s Gate, and Nusa Penida. Without us even asking, the staff packed delicious breakfasts for us to take on these early adventures. This thoughtful gesture made those mornings so much easier and left us feeling incredibly cared for. A special mention goes to Tyara, who made our experience even more extraordinary. She was always cheerful, attentive, and ready to assist, ensuring our honeymoon was as perfect as possible. Her attention to detail and genuine kindness made a lasting impression on us. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully designed accommodations and serene surroundings that create the perfect escape. We were so touched by the love and hospitality we received that we didn’t want to leave. If you’re looking for a luxurious yet heartfelt experience in Bali, Kappa Senses Ubud is the place to be. This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed in as the bed was comfortable, the rooms huge, and the staff was simply amazing. I believe the price of the amenities at the facility were higher than needed to be, but the hotel provides an adequate shuttle (Grab available too) if you’d prefer to go offsite. This was a really great experience.

Love staying at kappa senses. We enjoyed so much staying at the hotel, they offer variety of options for the buffet breakfast. Will definitely return to the hotel, if we ever going back to Ubud.

사진에서 보이는것처럼 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 식당은 아주 맛있다고 할 순 없지만 평균이상입니다. 아침 부페는 좋습니다. 호텔내 스파에서 커플마사지 추천합니다. 한국어 가능한 직원도 있었습니다. 주변에 ATV, 리프팅 업체가 많습니다. ATV만 해봤는데 강추합니다. 커플 등 조용히 쉬다가실 분들은 만족하실 듯 합니다. 다만 위치상 숙소내에서 우붓 밸리뷰가 없으며 주변에 걸어서 다닐만한 관광지도 없어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 우붓시내로(왕궁위치) 셔틀버스는 운영합니다. 차가 많이 밀리기에 다니기에 수월한 곳은 아닙니다.

There was careful thought that went into the property design and details. The room service food options were okay and the menu options could use some improvements. Breakfast menu, restaurant views, room villa (with private pool), and design, along with staff were its best qualities. We will definitely be back. Staff went above and beyond to ensure our experience was great. They even did a little something special for our honeymoon! The water did go out due to a burst in the main water line (out of their control) during our stay. We were in the middle of a shower and wasn’t notified of what happened until we reached out to staff. I thought they could’ve done a better job with informing the guest.

It is a beautiful hotel, beautiful villas but too far away from Ubud town center I had the 1/1 day board but I did not like the breakfast, dinner was OK As I said it is a nice hotel if you want to relax and stay away from the crows, but it did not make felt in love with it

Très bel hotel moderne avec vu sur les rizières, restaurants très biens, spa et yoga sala magnifiques, personnel très serviable. Une très bonne expérience.

Very good atmosphere and good service. Lovely place to be chilled around the villa. We enjoyed the live music and tapas, the food was so yummy. Photo shooting was also fun for us, we like the pictures the photographer took.

Amazing Staff the spa food and the full experience was phenomenal. I recommend people that are looking for relaxing vacation to spend your time here if you’re in Ubud

Excellent service - fantastic rooms - feeling to be far away, somewhere close to paradise When you’re planning for transportation it might be wise to cross check cost as we paid more than twice the price for a day tour with a private driver and noticed the difference when we benchmarked afterwards

Kappa Senses is an excellent property. I loved my stay with them. The rooms are stunning - I was in a private villa. The food was delicious and I appreciated that there were gluten free options available. The staff and the service were fantastic and they went above and beyond everyday - even running after me to return my Louis Vuitton wallet filled with cash and cards that I somehow left as I was checking out. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to ever return to ubud. The only things I’d note for other travelers to consider would be that if you are looking for zen, there were children around so a private villa would be the way to go. I also wasn’t expecting so many people to be smoking and would’ve loved a smoke-free area at dinner and by the pools. The resort is also just off the main road in Bali which is quite busy and dangerous to walk along so you will need transportation into/around ubud (the hotel provides a shuttle).
