とても静かな環境で落ち着いた雰囲気です。スタッフはとても親切です。

部屋数がそんなに多くなく、アットホームな雰囲気が漂うこぢんまりとしたホテル。くつろげました。ちょっとサービスにぎこちなさを感じるところもありましたが、スタッフは総じてフレンドリーです。

Our second stay here and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Seminyak. Staff are amazing, as is the property and amenities. Restaurant food is good and prices very reasonable. Spa also great. If you stay 5 nights or longer you also get special perks.

Close to the Main Street and overall a very good place to stay in

Fantastic staff, especially our lovely waiter!

The room configurations made us somehow close phobic as the space is narrow. The cool air from the aircondition unit does not reach to the sleeping bed, but too cold on beyound the bed. The water pressures on toilet bowl were so week therefore have to flush numerous times after using it. Very limited selections on the resort restayrant and need to better train their service staff, though they are friendly they took our orders incorrectly a ciuple if occasions and provide incorrect informations over their menu.

We LOVED our stay at Kayumas. The food was excellent and the staff are fantastic. The room and service were everything we needed and we could not recommend it more highly. It’s only a short walk to restaurants and the beach but we would have been happy just to hang out by the pool all day. We will be back!

I nice clean oasis

Lovely boutique style hotel, great for families or couples. It was very clean, and staff were super friendly and welcoming.

This was an amazing resort. The employees go above and beyond for you. They remember your name and are always welcoming. We had a two bedroom two bath which was a lot of space. Appreciated the filtered water machine in the room and the coffee pods for the nespresso machine. Although the lattes at breakfast were the best on the trip. Speaking of breakfast, there were a lot of options and all very good. The guava juice was a group favorite. The plunge pool outside our room was refreshing, although some planters are due to be replaced since they are breaking. The pool can easily run out of loungers on a busy day. We did the floating breakfast which was a fun experience. All and all I would definitely stay at Kayumas again. It was down a quieter street so you didn’t get the noise from the street and they even have a golf cart to shuttle you around the area.

I cannot say enough god things about this exceptional place in Bali. The food is great and the staff continually go out of their way to ensure your stay is exceptional. The villas are gorgeous, we stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which had ample room and comfort. Having your own pool was a great way to relax but also gave you options if you wanted to lounge by the pool in the foyer. Also the beds are soooo comfortable!!!!

Wondeful staff and excellent villas with private pools. Continental breakfast was delicious! Highly recommend.

We’ve had a great week staying here, both adults and kids have had a memorable experience. The 4 bedroom apartment we stayed in was exactly what we expected and we couldn’t fault anything. The staff have been fantastic and attentive to all our needs.

The water quality of the hotel was very bad. I used the shower filter, but the white turned black.
