Very clean and well kept property. The staff were extremely kind! Very polite and attentive to our every needs. Leaving the place felt sad, as I had gotten used to it so much. The property feels natural and very organic which is what we were looking for. Yet everything was there to make our modern lifestyles fulfilled. I highly recommend the hotel for anyone looking for an authentic Balinese experience.

Don't recommend this place. Looks nice but it's a huge campus with so juch going on. The staff are pleasant but everything is unbearably slow. Our first night was interrupted by a group of drunk cackling women until gone 1am. Not the worst crime, but we were then woken by a rat in our room helping itself to some of our snacks packed away in our luggage. We launched them out the door around 230am. Next day we slept late, skipped breakfast. Came home next night to the same rat assumingly nesting and running around in the roof space above us. Not wanting a 2nd sleepless night we asked to change rooms. No options available. We booked elsewhere and left. Leaving the review now owing to Nicole in customer services being massively unhelpful about another issue. Been an expedia user for over a decade. I travel a lot. Also 7 years coming to Bali. I know how things are and am very forgiving about small issues, but how you deal with something is super important. The supervisor, manager or owners are all hiding or vacant when they need to step up and face problems so they can be rectified. Paid £80 here for 1 night room only and it was £70 too much!

L’extérieur est magnifique mais l’intérieur du loft très vétuste. Nous avons loué un scooter et on nous a accuser d’avoir eu un accident avec hors que non. On nous annonce qu’il doit partir en réparation pour deux heures. Nous avons quitter l’hôtel ! (Je précise que l’on a pas payer la réparation c’était non négociable)

The staff here are excellent and incredibly welcoming. The location is slightly further from some of the main tourist attractions, but is an excellent facility that provides a nice and quiet experience.

The KTS Balinese Villa is located in the local community area of Dalung. I had a pleasant experience because it provided a quiet, scenic (rice paddy view), and culturally-inspiring stay. The staff members were very attentive, friendly, and caring. They all made sure to make the stay as personal as possible. The services I requested (transportation, laundry, etc) were all scheduled thoroughly and also gave excellent recommendations for local Bali cuisine and tourist attractions. The villa provided great local and Western cuisines, spa/massage services, and other cultural events (e.g. mixology, cooking). I would greatly recommend this location to those who are interested in staying in a local area than resorts or other big touristy spots.

KTS er fint sted, rent og meget venlige personale. Men KTS er lidt langvæk fra alt man skal leje en bil eller scooter for at kan kom til byen eller strand. Morgenmad er meget begrænse, deres morgenmad er garden breakfast som bestået 2 æg, 2 halve toast brød 3 skiver frisk tomater samt 3 skiver agurk og American breakfast, forskelt med 2 er at det er lille pølse som 1 stykke bacon. Eller stegte nudler eller stegte ris som er også morgenmad der er 4 vælge muligheder Og selfølgelig kaffe. Medarbejderne er flink og søde at tilbuddet gæster noget andet men de glemmer st informeret gæster at de skal betaler for andre ting som er ikke bestået på deres morgenmad.

Das Personal ist top. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich. Man fühlt sich sehr gut. Auch untereinander war beim Personal eine sehr gute Stimmung zu spüren. Die cooking class mit Indira war lehrreich und hat viel Spass gemacht. Der Koch hatte viel Geduld mit uns... Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sauber. Das Moskitonetz beim Bett hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Bad ist draussen und auch sehr gepflegt. Durch das offene Badfenster konnten leider zur Dämmerungszeit die Moskitos ungehindert eindringen. Hierfür stellt das Hotel aber gratis Moskitospray zur Verfügung. Die Lage in der Natur ist ruhig und sehr autenthisch. Perfekt zum entspannen. Für den Besuch von Märkten oder anderen Aktivitäten benötigt man jedoch einen Scooter oder Taxi. Es gibt nicht viele Shops/Restaurants in der Nähe, jedoch ist das Restaurant im Hotel sehr gut und preislich fair. Wasser wird im Zimmer gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Restaurant und in der Küche gibt es mehrere Tiere (Katzen, Hunde), die sich dort auch aufhalten dürfen. Für uns war diese Tierfreundlichkeit ein grosses Plus. Das Hotel bietet auch viele Touren und Ausflüge an. Wir haben jedoch nur die cooking class genutzt. Wir empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Stayed here in early January 2020. I have to say that this resort was very nice and the staff were some of the nicest people I ever met. On my way to the resort my phone was damaged. When I told the staff they arranged to have someone drive me to the local cell phone repair shop to get it fix. At not time did they ask for payment (I did leave the guy a tip when we left the resort. All in all the rooms were nice. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and the breakfast and dinner was good. The only down side is that the resort is kind of far from everything but they rent motor scooters for those who want to drive into the city. All in all I would give this Resort a 9 out of 10 and definitely recommended it.

Beautiful gardens and tranquility. Lovely and authentic setting. Amazing staff. Clean pools and rooms.

The highlight of our Bali trip. We were looking to experince true Bali, who these people are, not commercialized Bali as tourists might want to see. We stayed at four resorts. All four and five stars. This was our favorite room (jewel), best restaurant, most beautiful, natural grounds, and seriously the kindest most sincere people that had our best interest in mind. Seriously impressed. Yoga the driver, ketut our guide and staff ayu soko, inches, ratna and novi all made the stay memorable. We’ll stay there again

I really enjoyed this hotel. The staff are over the top friendly, and the hotel even has pets, 2 dogs, 3 cats, a fish and a mini owl! The room was nice, it was a bit open so perhaps bugs could get in, but I did not see any in my room. I stayed in the "Dream" room, I think there are more closed rooms available. The spa is cool, its outdoors by a stream and the massage was perfect, and less than 15 euro! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for something a bit different! The hotel also offers mopped hire, yoga and cooking classes!

Located in a beautiful rural setting. Wonderful staff, spa & restaurant.
