Check-In: 02.00 PM, Check-Out: 12.00 PM No smoking in the indoor area (bedroom, bathroom, lobby, hallway/corridor). Guests wishing to smoke, may do so at our outside garden area or at the terrace/ balcony (only for particular rooms) Penalty IDR 500,000 applicable when found uncompliant. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability, extra charge may be applied. Payment for all hotel services may be made by cash, credit/debit card, and online travel agent vouchers or coupons accepted by the Hotel. For Walk in Guest we required payment should be settled at the lobby area upon check-in or as requested by the House Crew Narcotics/ Guns/ firearms/ ammunition/ sharp objects/ explosive devices/ chemicals and any harmful materials are strictly prohibited. Sanctions according to Indonesian Law are in force. The building are fully watched by cctv. Lamandau House building is equipped with fire extinguishers in several areas to prevent fire. The rooms, lobby, or terrace garden of the Hotel may not be used for any business purposes, or for any purpose apart from accommodation, without the express permission of the Lamandau House. You will be charged for any damage or missing items to the Hotel’s property caused by you or by your guests. Maximum occupancy is 2 adults for The Studio, The Superior King/Twin room and 4 adults for The J Suite and The Apartment room. No pets and durians are allowed. To prevent the spread of Covid-19, please always wear a mask, wash your hands, and maintain a safe distance in the common area. To maintain the comfort and safety of all of the guests, regularly our room and common space are sprayed with disinfectant, all of the House Crew are vaccinated, always wear a mask, and wash hands when giving service to the guest. Feel free to use mobile phones for taking pictures and video anywhere in Lamandau House for your own use. Professional photo such as Prewed photo, Product photo, and any other professional ocasion with Professional camera, utilities and tools need to get permission by Lamandau House management, additional charge may be applied. Lamandau House reserves the right to refuse service for any un-compatible guests. Hotel visitors are allowed a maximum of 11 pm, to maintain the comfort and tranquility of other guests
