Please present a valid government ID at the front desk upon arrival at the hotel to avoid check-in problems. / IDR 150,000 security deposit is required upon check-in. The deposit will be fully-refunded on the condition that no damage and disturbance has occurred. / The hotel may accept early check-ins starting 10:00H only, subject to availability at the time of check-in & charges may apply. / Check-in time is until 19:00H only. Please inform us in advance should you like to request late check-in. / Check-out time is until 12:00H. In case of late check-out, IDR 100,000 for 3 hours will be charged. / Child/ren 10 years old and below can stay for free using existing beds. / Extra beds can be provided in all room types except Three Bedroom at IDR 50,000 / day, subject to availability at the time of check-in. / Private parking is available at IDR 3,000 / hour for cars and IDR 1,500 / hour for motorcycles, subject to availability at the time of check-in. / Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
