Inconsistent tidying of room- towels were not replaced even though they were placed on the floor. Shower had no hot water and toilet was smelly. Dive centre was dirty.

A little garden of Eden shared by only few guests at a time. A very well maintained property matching occidental expectation standards. We spent Nyepi there and the management did all they could to make it an enjoyable experience. Thanks to them again

Property has beautiful view of volcano. Dive staff were excellent.

Our group had a really nice 4 nights visit at Ocean Sun. The beach was clean and the water had good visibility for snorkeling. Lots of sealife close to shore. The staff at the restaurant and hotel were first class. The only disappointment was the restaurant which is called Hops and Chops was no so Vegatrian friendly, but what can you expect with a name like that. We found plenty of alternative restaurants in close proximity. The pool, room and grounds were very well maintained. We loved the view of the Volcano from our room Dolphin 🐬

Very nice and helpfull staff, that vent beyond what one could expect to help me out(lost my credit card) Quiet place off the road with an amazing view to the volcano. Also a very nice restaurant.

The room is big and the semi-outdoor bathroom is really appreciated. The breakfast is not a buffet as it is written on hotels.com, you even have to choose between juice OR plate of fruit. The restaurant has great food for lunch and dinner.

Scuba diving in Tulamben was amazing and Ocean Sun Dive Resort was the best place to relax afterwards. Did not eat anywhere else as the food here was some of the best I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Ocean Sun Dive Resort to anyone.

Good place, affordable price, food was fresh and great. German chef makes sure u don't go hungry. Compared with other places no doubt u will not be disappointed

Nice and big rooms. The outdoor bath is just perfect and big as well. Breakfast was delicious. Within 3' walk you are at the beach. Rent a scooter and go around it's beautiful. Amed beach is close and very nice. Friendly and helpful staff. You can easily come here fr 1 week only for diving.

Das Resort ist fantastisch. Ruhig. Sehr nahe am Stand und wenn man Tauchen will ideal gelegen da viele Spots wenige Minuten entfernt sind. Das Essen war toll und die Bedinung super freundlich. Danke Ricardo für das BBQ war super lecker.

Melhor hotel que ficamos em Bali. Perto dos pontos e mergulho, quarto espaçoso e extremamente limpo. Café e manhã bem servido. Staff muito atenciosos e os dive masters super calmos tranquilos e prestativos. Vale a pena ficar aqui.

It's far from the airport. But everything else was super good. High speed internet, pool, friendly staff, good food.

Hôtel simple, bien entretenu, repas correct. Avec une moustiquaire et un petit frigo ce serais encore mieux.

Schönes Hotel mit vielen Tauchspots in der Nähe. Wenn man nicht taucht, reichen 2 Übernachtungen aus, um die Umgebung zu erkunden und zu schnorcheln (Strand vor dem Hotel ist ein Steinstrand).

Bei unserer Ankunft am dunklen Abend des 22.05.2016 waren wir etwas skeptisch, da sich das Ocean Sun Dive Resort von der Straße gesehen wenig spektakulär gibt. Aber der Eindruck verschwand rasch, nachdem wir mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßt wurden und die Anlage von innen begutachtet hatten. Da verbesserte sich die Laune nach 20-stündiger Anreise schlagartig! Nach 2 Wochen Aufenthalt das Fazit: Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub für uns alle. Anlage sehr gut gepflegt, Personal super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, Bungalows sehr sauber und geräumig, Essen sehr schmackhaft (besonders die beiden Grillabende und unsere gemeinsam gekochte Fischsuppe). Und über alles wacht Ricardo – auch als Mann für alles. Gleich am 2. Tag stellte sich so ein Patchworkfamilienflair ein, jeder half jedem. Da wurden Medikamente ausgetauscht, auf bis dato fremde Kinder aufgepasst und versorgt, Ausrüstungsgegenstände gemeinsam verbessert und repariert, Bilder und Tauchvideos ausgetauscht. Und dann die 4-tägige Bali-Tour mit Dieter – wow hatten wir Spaß. Und nebenbei haben wir viel von Bali gesehen und dank Dieter auch verstanden! Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt bei euch in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten und können das Resort vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen! Ric – macht weiter so, wir wünschen euch viel Erfolg und sehen uns sicherlich nochmal wieder. Und bis dahin – bleib schön gesund lieber Dieter. Die Berliner!

Wenn man die Schnauze voll Hatt in assigen Zimmern, bei miesem Service und ranzigen Essen seinen Urlaub zu verbringen... Dann sollte man es sich schwerstens Überlegen ob man nicht ins "Ocean Sun" geht... Saubere Zimmer, (meiner Meinung als Koch nach) das beste Restaurant im Dorf und der Service sucht seinesgleichen. Sowohl was Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität, als auch Kompetenz angeht. Ich persönlich habe hier mehr als 30 Tauchgänge gemacht und immer wieder verlängert. Was nicht zuletzt an den hervorragenden Guides, dem gut gewarteten Equipment, den wunderschönen Dive Sites und den kleinen Gruppengrößen liegt. Also wer seinen Urlaub wirklich sorglos genießen will, der ist mit dem "Ocean Sun" bestens beraten. Für alle anderen... Selber Schuld...

Perfect stay at Ocean Dive! Super room with nice outside shower and nice terrace. Breakfast is and really good (pancakes) ! Staff is great, restaurant is good, they also have a dive centre at resort. Very good prices. On diving (550k for two dives, $55CAD). Highly recommended! Super clean pool.
