すべてにおいて最悪でした。とても残念です。

Executive suites were awesome and the staff were great! One of the guys even made cute pigs from the towels!! He needs a pay ride!! =)

The bed was comfortable and the pool was big but not clean and the Villa did not offer anything due too being out of the way. When it rains you couldn’t stay in and order food or anything cos the was nothing even to look at no book to even to check what was on the breakfast menu on the second day got asked what time we would like breakfast and that’s when I had to ask what was on offer and do to lack of communication we managed to change the way we like our eggs. When raining was not even offered a umbrella. The rooms back wall was on the road and it was noisy they should request speed humps to slowdown the traffic to minimise the noise. The foyer really needs a facelift and the front even some of the taxi drivers thought it was a crappie place and we had to defend where we were staying cos they thought we were cheap skates. Thanks for taking time to read this if you going to promote this place it really needs a face lift and the staff although nice but needs to dress neat and clean.

I had a very relaxing week at the Putri Bali Villa. The villa was very private and spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful. The lounge area was in an open air environment with no fan so it was not as comfortable as an enclosed area with air conditioning. The bedroom was very large and the air conditioning worked well but it would have been better if there was a lounge / chairs to relax in whilst watching tv. Overall I enjoyed my time at Putri Bali Villa.

When i booked this hotel for 6 nights between 16/8-22/8 for a family of 4,they stated that they had a childcare,wi-fi in the rooms and a free shuttle service but they had none of them.It took about 7-8 minutes for the hot water to heat up. Breakfasts in the villa were ok and cleanliness wasn't bad but lizards on ceilings,frogs jumping around the pool area and the passage through the hotel and even some sorts of caterpillars around besides the mosquitos. I had paid much higher price than most other places but not impressed overall. The people worked there were very nice and kind and that's all we liked and the size of the rooms were big too.
