とても素晴らしい設備とサービスでした。又バリ島に行く際には利用したいと思います。

最高のホテルでした。新しくあまり情報がなく心配でしたが、全てにおいて感動しました。特にスタッフの方がみんなすごく優しく、体調不良になった時には館内のスタッフがみんな心配をしてくれました。 またビラも素晴らしく、 景色がよく、静かな空間を存分に楽しみました。 食事もこだわりがあり 特に朝はオーダー制のバイキングで 味、量ともに大満足。 バトラーが24時間体制で常にサポートしてくださり、最高のきゅうかになりました。 また必ず行きたいと感じさせる施設、スタッフの方々でした。 ありがとうございました。

The hotel service was impeccable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, attentive, and highly professional. Every request was met with efficiency and genuine hospitality, making us feel truly valued as guests.

This resort was the perfect place for our perfect honeymoon. The facilities, scenery, and atmosphere are so incredible that they truly speak for themselves—there’s no need to say more. If you're looking for a luxurious getaway in Jimbaran, just come here. What truly elevates this resort to perfection, however, is the dedicated and kind service of the staff. The butler service made our entire stay incredibly comfortable, and we’d like to express our deepest gratitude to our butler, Bella. We’re also especially thankful to Andy, who speaks fluent Korean and was a huge help to us as non-native English speakers. The resort’s restaurants are also filled with warm and attentive service. At Rumari, where the sunset views are breathtaking, we were always greeted with cheer and kindness by Bagus, Lani (with her warm smile), and many other lovely staff members. Rumari also offers the Secret Cave Dinner experience—which was absolutely magical and unforgettable. Livia’s kind and thoughtful service made it all the more special. If you're on your honeymoon, this experience is a must. At Loloan, where you can dine with a view of the beautiful beach, we were again met with exceptional service from friendly and welcoming staff like Jocelyn and Arya. The food here is also outstanding—clearly the chefs are incredibly talented. This was truly a luxurious and heartwarming stay, and one we’d love to return to. Thank you so much.

The property is PERFECT. The staff if the nicest I ever met, they always call you by your name and keep in mind your prefferences. Everything is good, but the food and beverages are too expensive for my taste, since the stay is expensive too.

High-end butler service. From food to facility condition, everything is luxurious. My wife and I loved staying here with a lot of help from Gabby and her crew. Thank you, Raffles Bali!

Amazing service, villas are separate with enormous pools, outstanding service and food..only lacking is gym is a bit small but overall this is a true 5 star hotel in the category of four seasons, peninsula, etc. You will love it.

Absolutely stunning resort, and most welcoming hospitality

The service at this hotel was flawless.... we stay at Aman, Oberoi etc... and this was simply amazing...every staff member addressed us by name within 1 hour of arriving... the meals and plating were sublime... would stay here again in a second.

We have an amazing experience, if we came back to Bali, we certainly go back here! The view and the villas are just breathless.

Ich bin das zweite Mal hier im Raffles Hotel und kann nicht beschreiben wie schön es hier ist. Ein hervorragendes freundliches Personal die einem die Wünsche aus den Augen ablesen. Die Villa ist ein Traum. Gross, sauber und gepflegt. Die Anlage ist märchenhaft und das Essen einmalig. Unsere Butlerin hat uns alles ermöglicht war bemüht und freundlich, vielen Dank dafür. Wir freuen uns sehr nächstes Jahr wieder ins Raffles Bali zu kommen. Vielen Dank für alles. Das Geschenk wird den schönsten Platz in meinem Zimmer haben.

A true 5 star experience! We loved this hotel and it exceeded all of our expectations. There was construction on the neighboring property so they offered us a room upgrade with a better view free of charge. The butlers we had were amazing, they even found us a floating swan for the pool! Everywhere you went they knew your name. At the end of our trip they left us thank you gifts. A truly unforgettable experience!!
