サンティ・マンダラ・ヴィラ＆スパ

There are some workshops and shops for painting, woodworking, kites and silver decorations around. But there were no restaurants at all, so there was no choice but hotel restaurant. The purpose of my stay was to do nothing, so I enjoyed a relaxing stay, taking walks and reading books, drinking local spirit with locals. "All the staff were friendly, and I especially thank to Ayu."

The staff were all kind and nice

ホテルの敷地内に川が流れていたり、滝があったり、湧き水のプールがあるなど自然いっぱいのホテルでした。朝7時から無料のヨガ（予約制）があり、滝の音を聞きながらヨガをしました。食事もとても美味しかったです。部屋も毎日とてもきれいに掃除してくれました。また、スタッフがみんな親切でした。また泊まりたいです。

私たちは車やバイクを運転できなかったので、 事前に連絡をしてcoco supermarketに迎えにきてもらいました。ホテルからcoco supermarketへは10時(その他の時間もありましたが覚えてないです)に無料で送迎してくれて16時30や20時くらいにまたcoco supermarket に迎えにきてくれます。ホテルについたらチェックインをしてウェルカムドリンクをもらいましたがとてもおいしがったです。部屋はガーデンビューでとても良かったです。夜ごはんもホテルのレストランでそんなに高くなく食べれる(だいたい1000円前後で高くてもステーキが150kルピアくらいだった)のでわざわざウブドに行かなくても問題なかったです。料理はとてもおいしかったです。 静かに滞在したい方にはとてもおすすめです。

独立したヴィラでの一日は優雅でした。 喧騒から離れ、夜はぐっすり眠れ、朝は鳥のさえずりで目が覚めました。 久々に熟睡できた気がします。 ホテルの人もとてもやさしく、リラックスした日を送ることが出来ました。 またシャワーが半屋外にあり、星空を見ながらのシャワーは素敵な体験でした。

It is away from Ubud city, however, the hotel has a really relaxing atmosphere and all staff are very caring. If you are wanting to relax, this is the place for you. Even if you like to go shopping, shuttle bus is available. Also it's easy to hire a taxi in Ubud. We joined yoga class where class was held outside near the waterfall in fresh morning air. Just listening waterfall made me very relaxed and away from home. We accidentally joined staff yoga class on the first day, staff were very welcome us to join them. We had to use hotel pool as we had a garden villa. However, the hotel pool was also like private pool for us most of the time as there were not many guests this time of year. Hotel pool is much nicer with mountain and river view in open space. We found that some restaurants in Ubud were more expensive than hotel restaurant. I think that the hotel has decent price for drinks and meals. Of course, meal at the hotel was nice too. Overall, the hotel can give you a lot of choices either staying at hotel to relax or going out to Ubud for shopping and dining out. I would definitely come back to stay here again.

お正月に宿泊しました。 日本語は通じません。 ホテルは、とっても素敵ですよ～ プール付のヴィラでしたがお部屋は文句のつけようがありません。 ただ、バスタブがかなり大きいのですがお湯をしばらく出すと水になってしまいます。 バスタブの２０パーセント程しか出ないので、注意が必要です。 ルームサービスのお食事はどれもおいしかったです。 特に、サーロインステーキとマッシュルームのスープは最高でした。 料金も、良心的です。 スパは、バリニーズが６０分３０ドル、ヘッドスパも同じ金額でした。 バリニーズを担当してくれた方は感じも良く腕もなかなかでしたが、 クリームスパを担当したおばさん？が最悪でした。 頭を洗う時水だし、肝心なスパの方もかなり雑で髪を強くひっぱたりかなり痛かったです。 下手すぎて話になりません。 髪の毛も相当抜けたことでしょう。お金払ってする価値ありません。逆にお金もらえたとしてもしたくないほどの苦痛でした。癒しとは無縁です。お金返してほしい。 経験もないただの素人のおばさんがしたとしか思えません。

I had few negative things to say about this hotel until a very unfortunate incident at check out. For the sake of fairness, I'll start with the good points. The resort is located in a quiet village surrounded by nature. Throughout my stay, the staff were warm and kind until the incident at the end. To the negative experience, I was at the lobby checking out when a call came from housekeeping. Apparently, there was a bath towel missing. I was asked if I knew anything about it and I said it must be somewhere within the villa. I then settled my bill and boarded the buggy to get to the car park. As the buggy was just about to depart, the lady from the lobby came running and asked us to return all the way to the villa so I can show them where the missing towel was. I complied and while walking back to the villa I slipped and landed on my right knee. In any case, when I got to the villa, there was only one large bath towel (there were 4 or 5 other towels two of which I didn't even use). To end all the embarrassment, I gave them two options either to search my box for the missing towel or simply bill me the cost. At this point, a guy who introduced himself as the housekeeping manager said it was ok and I left. I assume I'd left the towel by the poolside the previous day. Since the hotel meticulously keeps a tally of towels, I hope they apologise when they find it..all this happened on my birthday which the resort failed to recognise, not that it matters anyway!

Non avremmo potuto finire meglio il nostro viaggio a Bali ! Fantastico hotel in zona molto tranquilla, un po' lontano da Ubud ma non dimentichiamo che i taxi sono numerosi e costano davvero poco. Questo detto, il servizio navetta potrebbe essere migliorato. Noi siamo stati surclassati in una villa con piscina privata, che dire, una vera oasi di pace! Villa su due piani con doppio terrazzo e due grandi bagni di cui uno all'aperto. Pulizia impeccabile. Servizio ristorante buono e in ambiente molto piacevole. Piscina comune gigantesca, con vista mozzafiato e pulitissima. Molto poco affollata (noi siamo stati ad agosto e le due volte che siamo andati in piscina c'eravamo praticamente solo noi). Artigianato locale ed autentico sul posto. Non posso che consigliarlo!

the villa is cozy. typical Bali style with nature surrounding. serene and beautiful.

It was a new and good experience for us, unlike hotel rooms. The view is great and room is clean. Not much to do outside the villa area though. The staff was helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property is away from the hustle and bustle, that we loved! The people are amazing, rooms well equipped and food delicious

Thank you very much, we had a wonderful holiday at Santi Mandala. Our family of five thorougly enjoyed the private pool area, the beautiful villas, the friendly staff and the wonderful restaurant. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

Beds are uncomfortable verry hard

3일간 지내면서 음식이 정말로 맛있었습니다. 친절한 직원들 덕분에 자녀 2명과 수영장에서 행복한 시간 보냈어요. 감사합니다.

A beautiful stay for our first time in Ubud! Everything was beautiful! Staff were exceptional! Beautiful surroundings. For us our only issue was that nothing was really in walking distance so we constantly had to organise drivers etc which was fine but thought it was worth a mention.

Hotel was tranquil and reasonably clean. However, outdoor bathroom and gaps in the wooden windows meant there were heaps of mosquitoes even in the hotel room. The toilet which was located outdoors was also often wet during rainy season. Location wise, it was close to a number of tourist spots that our kids enjoyed. However, this also meant prices within the hotel and surroundings can be quite expensive. Overall, the staff were friendly and food was great. Not sure if I would recommend visiting during monsoon season.

Enjoyed my stay overall. The staffs are super friendly and always respond quickly. The staffs in the restaurant performed magic at dinner one night which was very entertaining. There are also some engineers onsite to fix different issues. The room was spacious. The light control in the bed is a thoughtful design. The only issue I had was the internet connection. Some places do not have wifi signal or not strong enough to keep my phone connected (e.g. the balcony and bathroom in my room). The internet in the whole resort could be off for some time each day (ranging from a few minutes to several hours during my stay). But this is not a big problem if you don’t want to be online all the time.

The staff very friendly express effort to help you. I like the place.
