So far the worst hotel experience. Was redirected with Travelio, and the app wasn't helpful. Registering was such a pain taking almost an hour because of app lag. Approached by the agent/admin via whatsapp, asking for same info that they asked me to fill through the app. Also there's a deposit that I wasn't aware I need to pay for, they told me it will take 1-5 days to get my deposit back, which is quite long don't you think. Besides that, there's wifi but it's not free. Online agent mentioned that it's one of the facility for this unit, but in travelio, it shows that I need to pay 50k IDR for 1 day wifi for 2gb. Way too overpriced first of all, but besides that, it should be a free facility considering its mentioned in app. Checking in takes 20 mins, just waiting for the agent to come and pick us up. Admin was also clueless about parking information. I just realised also that cleaning the room is not free and require additional charge. Ridiculous for a room so small, charging us over small charges like wifi and cleaning, which should be free according to traveloka, but not in travelio. Water dispenser is also not working, stove wasn't set up properly, and signal over here is so bad I want to throw my phone over the window. Checking out is such a pain, they sent me instruction of how to check out, I put their key to the mailbox, sent them a video of proof that the key is already inside the mailbox just like they told me to, and yet despite that I've been spammed messages to check out even though I've told them I've checked out. Also fyi, the staff there working hour is 8 am - 5 pm, but the staff is not compensated for working overtime. Maybe this is something we should look at so their staff efficiency can be better. Asked to work overtime without pay cannot possibly increase their incentive to do well in their job. Travelio is so bad right now I hate that app, and I hate that online agent uses that app for everything for this specific booking. So far 0/10, definitely will not come back
