The staff are welcoming accommodating and friendly. The villa was clean and tidy. We would 100% stay here again.

Nice property, good private villa and pool. A little further from beach but meant it was quiet and still close to walk.

The room was great, clean and everything worked. The staff were there for any questions and to help with any issues Great place overall to stay wirh only 1 little issue I still felt hungry after eating breakfast that was prepared there, delicious but not eniugh for myself although my family said it was a fine portion Plus safe drinking water was provided Would stay again

The villa was great but does need some updating, like Bluetooth, more comfy lounge and just a new fresh lick of paint but otherwise amazing place to stay. Short walk to shopping and restaurants in Seminyak. The staff though is what made our stay amazing. Always happy, welcoming and eager to help anyway they can.

Customer service and staff were fantastic, villa looks a bit tired and old, could to with an uplift. Location was great, unfortunately there is a building site adjacent. Noice is not what you want on a relaxing holiday.

The property is centrally located in Seminyak, easily walkable to the main areas. Two convenience stores within 100 meters. Staff are excellent and accommodating.

Villa Ava was just incredible. From the minute we walked in, we didn’t want to leave. The staff were so lovely and welcoming. The rooms were amazing… oh but the bathrooms were next level! We will be back!

This is my second stay and did not disappoint. Staff are wonderful and location ideal.

Even before arriving at Villa Ava we were building our relationship with Ani at the villa. She was already giving us fantastic customer service, helpig us with any questions and sorting out an airport pick up. On arriving at the villa we couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. It was better than the pictures show. We all had massive smiles 😃 We were in Villa 6, there were 4 of us in this 2 bedroom villa and it was plenty big enough. The living area has all you need for a comfortable stay, even a water machine that is replenished when its low. We also had breakfast daily that we could change to our preference at any point. Always served with a smile by the staff. Huge bedrooms and even bigger bathrooms in each of the 2 rooms. The villa was cleaned each day, again always with lots of smiles from the staff. There is a 24 hour presence on reception with lovely security guys who were always helpful with making sure we were all ok on the way out and way back in. The area around the villa has some fab places to eat and is only a short walk (about 15 mins) to the main Seminyak square. Opposite the villa are a few convenience stores and a money changer that wont rip you off. We used it regularly. We stayed at Villa Ava for 15 nights and we were sad to leave this beautiful place and all the beautiful staff. Thank you Ani and to everyone who looked after us, it was a holiday of a lifetime and we will be back to see you 😀 🙏

One of the nicest places we've ever stayed regarding the facility itself. Service was fantastic, especially Ketut and Anna. They answered every request. The villa is perfect for families or couples traveling together. The second bedroom and bathroom are the same giant size as the first. Great private plunge pool, massive bathrooms with great design. We had a wonderful stay. Only a few issues: getting in or out of the immediate area by car takes a long time because of the awful traffic. The villa managers can't do anything about this, but be aware that very short distances can take 1-3 hours due to traffic jams - especially in the last kilometer near the villas. Also, the street in front has no sidewalk, so you must walk close to cars and motorcycles, and it's not well lit at night. After a long day of flying and sitting in traffic, the last thing I wanted to do when checking in was fill out a registration form on my cell phone. Especially since most of the info was already provided when I made the reservation. I don't know if this was only because we arrived in the evening, but the management needs to find another solution. Despite these issues, we had a great stay. Dozens of wonderful restaurants in walking distance that cost almost nothing by US standards. The service is impeccable, and the villa was a great value considering the huge size of the living space. Thanks Ketut and Anna.

Friendly welcoming staff, superbly located private villa a very short walk from Eat Street. Great to go back to the villa to escape the crazy busy ness of the streets.
