残念でしたが 1泊にdinnerとマッサージが つくプランを予約して2泊したら それらのサービスは 1回ずつしか 受けられないとの事でした。 2泊 別々に 予約すれば2回ずつ可能でしたが 満室だったので キャンセルして 再予約する気になれず 残念でした。当日 その説明も無く とても 残念でした。

費用から考えると、とても快適でお洒落なホテルです。フレンドリーなスタッフ、美味しい朝食に感動しました。周りに何もないので、帰る途中にスーパーに寄っていました。足りないものはスタッフに言えば持ってきてもらえます。

●良かった所 朝食がおいしいし、バリ料理や洋風などの様々なスタイル、種類から、メイン・スターター・ジュースを選べます。 (コーヒーは日によってムラがありますが...) ●良くなかった所 ①レセプション 空港までのピックアップサービス(有料)のフォローが不十分でした。ドライバーが到着していない、などの不備をホテル側はこちらが連絡するまで認識していませんでした。またその後の対応も不満でした。 ②ロケーション ウブド中心地からかなり離れており、不便。中心地までのシャトルサービスも回数が少なく一日に3回程度。別ホテルのスパやヨガのピックアップサービス通常無料が、中心地から遠く有料になりました。 ③部屋関係 中心地から離れているので静かで、田園風景が美しいですが、その風景は部屋の中から見えませんのであまり、魅力を生かせていません。 プールは、池サイズで到底泳ぐ気にはなれませんし、ただのお飾りレベルです。期待しない方がいいです。

From the moment we arrived we were met with very helpful cheerful staff. Loved the rooms and the pools. The food was fantastic. It was so quiet and peaceful. I felt so welcomed.

The staff were the best! No was not an option or word they used, they were very polite and accommodated everything we asked.

Having our own private pool was amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Really peaceful location.

Wonderful choice, but please note that the villa is in the middle of rice fields, which have a lot of standing water. Standing water attracts bugs, so bring bug repellent! Otherwise the villa is beautiful and peaceful, and the service is superior.

Location was average. You definately need to book a driver to drive you around. Service was outstanding, view of the paddi fields was great. However, it being a outdoor space, there was alot of insects and creepy crawlies (toads, spiders, ants). There was a huge ants nest outside the villa door and also all around the villa. There were also alot of flies - while eating breakfast, we had to fend off the flies. Pool was in a okay condition, but can be cleaner. Doors leading to the toilet were see through glass, so absolutely no privacy at all. Spa was within the villa space and was reasonably priced. We had to catch our flight early in the morning on checkout day so we thought we had to miss our breakfast, but the hotel staff packed a light breakfast for us to eat on the car. Overall it was a okay experience.

The place over all is beautiful, service is standard, but people in the hotel are very nice, inside room is beautiful and clean. The only problem we have is the room window does not like the picture we booked online, is miss leading. We book this hotel because we want a full rice field view from balcony. They told us room is full, but I still look around the hotel realize there is no room window facing the lobby site, which is the full rice field. So the picture need be accurate and updated be more real. Cuz I feel is a scam due to face picture , if I know the room not the same picture showed I will not book it. But because the staff are nice, lobby still have a amazing view, and location is good. So we give a standard rating decent hotel if you can live with it the miss leading room view.

Due to the very good service and friendly attitude given by almost every staffs in the villa, we simply can ignored about those small flaws (eg. like the villa is bit tired already, can see ants, lizards & flying insects esp at night(because surrounding by padi fields & plants) We truly love the nice view to look at when we relaxed in the private pool. Overall we enjoyed our stays at Villa Kayu Lama.it’s a quiet and peaceful villa, just relax and do nothing is good enough..

Amazing Villa! Friendly staff and beautiful location. Highly recommend the Ubud area and is a great hotel if you want peace and quiet.

우붓이라 벌레걱정을 많이했는데 너무 깨끗하고 뷰도 좋고 너무 친절하고 최고에요 특히 룸서비스가 아주 맛있어요bbb 스파도 좋았구 여기선 안좋은 점을 찾을수가 없었어요 심지어 저렴하기까지 진짜 최고!! 수영장 물도 틈틈히 계속 청소해주셔서 아주 깨끗했어요!

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Villa war sauber und super ausgestattet. Das Essen war super und wurde in der Villa serviert.

시설은 굉장히 프라이빗하고 좋았어요 서비스도 너무 좋았습니다. 그런데 우붓시내와 거리가 멀어서 교통이 불편했습니다. 주변이 논밭? 이라 개미가 많았고 화장실에서도 꽤나 많았습니다. 저녁에 갑자기 새소리가 크게나서 좀 놀랐어요. 가족끼리 연인끼리 프라이빗한 곳에 묵고싶으면 추천드려요

숙소가 8점대 되어도 실망스러운게 넘 많아서 찾다가찾다가 요길 발견했는데 넘 만족스러웠어요. 단 우붓 시내에서 많이 떨어져있어서 필요한건 마트에서 먼저 사서가세요. 도마뱀이 많았어요. 직원들은 친절하고 룸서비스와조식은 너무 맛있었어요

직원들께서 정말 친절하고, 편안한 내부 인테리어에 뷰까지 완벽했어요. 음식도 맛있었구요. 우붓 센트럴에서는 거리가 좀 있지만 그럼에도 불구하고 최고의 숙소였습니다!!! 1박만 예약한 내가너무 미웠.. 여행의 컨셉이 힐링이라면 더할나위 없는 곳입니당^^

Un resort a tutti gli effetti: ti senti coccolato e viziato, il personale è gentilissimo e ogni richiesta viene esaudita nel giro di poco tempo. Servizi impeccabili, food di ottimo livello.

Für unsere Zeit in Ubud haben wir in der Villa Kayu Lama zwei Nächte verbracht. Diese Zeit hätten wir uns nicht schöner vorstellen können und waren am Ende sogar etwas traurig, hier nicht noch einen weiteren Tag bleiben zu können. Wie bereits mehrfach beschrieben wird man sehr herzlich empfangen und fühlt sich von Anfang an äußerst wohl. Die Villen waren traumhaft schön. Angefangen bei der Außenanlage und dem unglaublichen Pool bis hin zum King Size Bett und dem „Freiluft-Bad“ gab es absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier vorbeikommen und können es jedem uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Villa was good and breakfast was great. What we didnt like about our stay there was the shuttle bus service. Their pick up times are highly inaccurate! They had a pickup time from ubud Ubud center at 230pm and we repeatedly told the villa that we needed that pick up and we have a flight to catch after. We WhatsApped and called them when we were at the pickup location at 230pm. However the villa told us that the driver was only on the way. After a 30 mins wait, the driver then contacted us and told us to walk a few streets down for him to pick us up instead! As tourist, imagine how disastrous this can be. Lucky my fiance is good at directions and maps if not i dont know how we were going to meet him. We finally met the driver 45 mins later. Lucky the driver that we booked to send us to the airport waited for us. Please do something about your shuttle bus service!

My room condition was good but noisy location. Motor bike come and go, loud music sound from neighbors till midnight.
