ワカトビ パトゥノ ダイビング & ビーチ リゾート

Although this hotel has seen better days, it still retains enough quality to have you enjoy your stay. The rooms are large with nice balconies looking out over the beach. The staff keep it looking clean and orderly. If you like snorkeling, swim out to the reef 50 meters from the beach. It is fantastic. Bring your own mask and fins if you can. There is some for rent, but Covid hit this place hard and it is still recovering.

Hotel dirty, location like horror movie, lamp dead, tv dead. Water leaking, door bathroom cant lock. Many time call room service and front office no answer. Room to lobby 500m trough jungle. I go to front office to complain about tv and lamp but after that no one comming to room. But in wakatobi no more hotel with 3 star. Only 1 star hotel. So just enjoy

Layanan sangat baik dan ramah. Free upgrade kamar ke executive suite. Kamar bersih dan mewah. Pemandangan sekitar hotel sangat indah.

Jarak kamar hotel dengan restoran dan receptionis sangat jauh dan tidak ada fasilitas kendaraan di setiap kamar seperti sepeda atau motor yang bisa digunakan. Yang paling bikin tidak nyaman kamar yang ada dilantai 2 banyak hantunya.

I am not book for king bed, they said I am booked for king bed. Hotel was dirty. If you call to receptionist. The feedback took so long. Food from restaurant is expensive compare with the taste which not delicious at all.

Restorannya kurang menyenangkan.

Very good for honeymooners, bed was nice and comfy, quite environment, not for people who seeks party and nightlife, this resort is for relaxing and soothing the mind, but unfortunately they didn't have spa or body treatment

This is the biggest hotel in Wanci, but the hotel not maintain well, so many things broken: ac, cable, chair.. hope they can find solution to fix it

Menu sarapan pagi kurang meriah dan seadanya 😔

It was bad. Superior ocean view room no.10 turned out to be a mess. Cracks and holes everywhere. Late in the evening, the curtain was full with big carpenter ants crawling all over. I called the receptionist and the response was long. You can't get a resort with big insects all over the place. It was a disaster. Secondly, foods in the menu were awful. However, breakfast was quite OK. Third, wifi connection was unstable. In fact, we could not get any network in the hotel. We paid the hotel with free wifi but Patuno did not fulfil the promise. Fourth, the lighting was poor. Quite shady and some lamps are broken. Overall, it looks like an old resort with lack of maintenance and responsive people. However, I think the ocean view is quite good. Again, this is a plus point of the location. I don't think I would decide to come back to this type of resort.

Buruk, makan susah, air panas untuk mandi kadand nyala, kadang tidak ada terutama pagi hari, kemana-mana susah

buruk, ternyata tidak banyak tamu, makan restoran tidak seimbang harganya, di kamar hanya ada air botol. tidak ada minibar. untik jemput tamu dari kamar ke restoran saja susah, harus nunggu sampai 35 menit, alasan driver tidak ada, padahal sdh jam 7.30

Hotelnya memuaskan bersih. Tapi saya kurang suka dengan breakfastnya.

WC-nya tidak bersih, resepsionisnya juga kurang tanggap.

Untuk di Wakatobi khususnya Wangiwangi, Patuno beach and resort adalah resort yang paling baik. Namun harga yang di tawarkan dengan yang dibayarkan agak berbeda pantai. Pemandangan bagus dan menyenangkan

Menu sarapan seadanya, listrik dan signal tidak stabil, transportasi sulit dan mahal. tidak sesuai dengan rate kamarnya
