We did not have breakfast but regarding the stay, it was excellent. Due to the time of year (just after Christmas), there were very few other guests at the place, but I would expect it would be much more active in the Summer. No complaints.

Hillary was so helpful and accommodating. She found us taxis and a place to have dinner. She was also very patient and kind to us, even though we were a tried and hungry group of six. The house was beautiful and just what we wanted to see in the Irish countryside. The rooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Still my favorite place to stay in Ireland. This place is all charm. Lot's to love from the incredibly comfy beds and amazing breakfast to the donkeys, goats and orchard. It's consistently brilliant

Stayed 'room only' so not much to say about service. Quaint nicely furnished room but severe damp smell which I couldn't decide wasn't cat's pee! Everything else appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. Quiet.

Beautiful classic old farmhouse property nicely renovated and updated into a wedding destination and B&B. Our large room was spectacular with vaulted ceilings and an antique poster bed. Wonderful antique furniture and decor, but with a modern bathroom. Lovely farmhouse setting with donkeys in a paddock and fruit trees in the backyard. Although we had to leave early, we saw the spectacular breakfast spread. Woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful.

The room and property were beautiful. The sat nav in the vehicle didnt take me to where the house was (thats the vehicle though, phone GPS got me there after turning on data) friendly staff, but be aware it is a country home, fellow arachnaphobics, i sadly discovered a rather imposing false widow in my room upon my return at 1am. Otherwise, it was lovely, i wish i couldve stayed longer to enjoy it but that sent me packing.

It was in need of a cleaning. There were cob webs and it looked dusty. The property was charming but looked like it needed some tendi g to. The birds were LOUD all night long. I could smell manure on the property. Not a good value for the price

There were cockroaches under the bed. The hot water ran out. No one we can call for assistance. Couldn’t sleep well as there was someone walking non stop and moving furniture at night.

Old, even the mattress. Some decor charming, very overpriced breakfast however the staff was trying to be accommodating.

Séjour d'une nuit à Barnabrow House en revenant vers Cork. Le rapport qualité/prix est bon. Les lieux sont charmants et pittoresques. La chambre était immense avec une salle d'eau très qualitative. Literie excellente, très confortable. J'ai eu un peu de mal à trouver la Barnabrow House, mais en réalité c'est très bien indiqué avec de grands panneaux à l'entrée (il ne faut pas toujours suivre son GPS...). Les horaires de la réception sont, au moins sur le papier, un peu limités (arrivée avant 17h), mais cela convenait à mon programme. Je n'ai pas testé le petit-déjeuner qui n'était pas inclus dans le prix de la nuit.

Staff were excellent and accommodating to our late check in, rooms were comfy clean and spacious! Lovely and quiet with a small town Colyne down the road for food and other options!

I liked it for its simple beauty with all of the beautiful plants and trees. One detractor was some of the wood on decking/stairs to cottages look like need to be replaced. Other than that the staff was very helpful & pleasant! I would stay again
