リゾート施設。レストランが豊富でウエートレスの対応が良かった。

ロビーは吹き抜けが気持ちよく、部屋も綺麗で設備もそろっており、とても満足です。朝食はオーダー式でメニューの中にはアイリッシュブレックファーストもあります。おすすめです。

Good hotel could use some AC

Nice hotel. There was a lot of noise in the atrium area on Saturday night. My room (308) was big but quite dark. Most of the tv channels didn’t work and the shower set up is very dated. The bed was very comfortable and it was clean. The bar food and breakfast were excellent and the service outstanding. It also has 6 EV chargers.

Lovely hotel for a night’s stay. Good food both dinner and breakfast. Nice size of room and comfy bed but quite hot even with window open (quilt too heavy for time of year). Good value, would recommend.

Old not take a shower. Could not charge to my room bartender could not pour a guiness will not stay there again

We were warmly welcomed by Jamie who was very friendly and helpful. We were thrilled to be upgraded to a Suite which was really lovely. Comfortable bed. Thank you Arianna First night - we had our evening meal in the Atrium. All food was so delicious and served promptly (Downside - I ordered a drink from. the bar - it didnt come. We ordered tea/coffee after our meal - they didnt come either. When paying, the Manager was upset and apologised. He offered to compensate with a free drink the following night. We did not avail as we ate in other restaurants the other evenings) Hardly any sleep. It was a warm night. Even with heating switched off the EXTREMELY heavy duvet was unbearable. For the rest of the stay, only the cover of the duvet was used! Many other guests were the same. Room was very spacious. Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Very high quality of soap, shampoo etc Breakfast choices - just ok but it was lovely to have the hot food served. Overall, the hotel could do with a refurb - wallpaper falling off in places (at lifts for example) Hasnt a really pristine feeling.Staff are very pleasant. Domestic staff extremely helpful. All in all a good stay. LOADS of parking.

Immaculate rooms well equipped beautiful furnishings.Staff very attentive in breakfast area cooked breakfast to order delicious and speedy service. Young man on breakfast service very friendly and courteous. Decor throughout hotel stunning very efficient check in and out Highly recommend

We stayed here on the Wednesday 13th of August. We checked in around 8pm and booked dinner for 8:30 that’s were our first issue with the service started, we were seated and not approached for 10 mins, once approached by a waiter we put our food order in. A fish and chips, burger and chip, sausages and mash for our 1 year old daughter. And a coke and Diet Coke. The food took 30 mins too come out, the fish was cold, my wives chips/fries were cold, and my daughters mash were cold. Nobody came to ask us did we want another drink or if we were happy with the food once we got the food. We quickly paid at the bar and left to go to our room.(the Barman was great) Our room was like a sauna, and dirty, my daughter found 3 haribo sweets, a small toy tractor and a sock. I called reception regarding how hot it was in our room too see if we could get a fan, too Wich there response was there should be one in your room, wich there was not. Then they proceeded to tell me the only fan they had left was broke, 40 mins later they came up with a fan. Very poorly organized and the staff for a “4 star hotel” is something I did not expect. Will not be back.

Schlechte Informationen an der Rezeption. Zimmer war in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Möbel waren verkratzt oder das Furnier war weg. Das Zimmer wurde nicht immer geputzt.

Had a lovely one night stay in July. Friendly welcome from reception. Well appointed room with a very comfortable bed. Good selection at breakfast, prompt service for special hot items. Would consider staying again and for longer next time.

Good size of a area 2 sit and relax in the reception area

Place is functional but lacks a bit of soul. Food was very good but no atmosphere in the bar. Would be grand for business trip but not romantic. Staff were very helpful and upgraded us which made our stay satisfying. Nothing wrong with the hotel as such but nothing memorable either.

Great hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Lovely staff.

All very good except the need to get Aircon installed.
