A good, central place for Galway, easy to get to from the bus and train stations. Everything was fine but the room was quite small especially the bathroom.

Super friendly staff My room seemed dusty It’s was hot which wasn’t too bad if the window was open but if the window is open you hear everything outside and you can’t close the shade.

This accommodation was wonderful and the room, although simple, provided everything that should be expected for an off-season dorm room. Note though, that basic kitchen amenities (ie, hot water, cups, etc.) are not provided

Very basic room, good to spend the night on a business trip, too bad I could not sleep well for all the cars noises from the street below. It’s way too expensive for what it offers.

Ali was amazing! The place is a basic bed and bath no frills, but Ali was an absolute gem.

I would have be fine with the site if the floor had been cleaned.

Unterkunft war genauso wie wir als Paar es erhofft hatten: ruhig, sauber, unkompliziert. Preislich etwas teuer, denke aber es ist normal für galway. Die Lage war sehr gut. Sollte ich erneut nach Galway reisen würde ich die Unterkunft wieder buchen

Very clean, up to date, private room with private bath and QUIET! The location couldn’t have been more convenient - 50 meters from the bus station. Highly recommend for solo travelers. <100 Euros/night is great deal and better than a hostel.

This could not be in a better location. A couple minutes walk to the train station or bus station, several cafes and restaurants walking distance. A 10-minute walk to the tourist area (Spanish arch, Galway Bay, Latin quarter) it was extremely safe as we had to use our key card four times to get into our room which we appreciated. It was extremely quiet as we were on the back side. There was a shared kitchen which was great for the fridge. Our room had plenty of storage with two closets and full bookshelves. The bed was way more comfortable than I was expecting. They provided a fan as we were there during Ireland's random heatwave so we appreciated that touch. The room was clean however the floors were kind of sticky but that didn't bother us as we always wear flip-flops anyways. Would definitely stay here again for how quiet and safe and convenient it was.

A great location in the centre of Galway, accommodation was excellent, staff where very friendly and helpful, walking distance to everywhere, cheap carpark directly across the road. I would highly recommend it.

It took us about 15 minutes from arrival to actually check-in as there was just one woman at the desk who was checking folks in, answering the phone, and also answering number questions from other staff members that were interrupting her when trying to work with guests. She did her job well and professionally, but the desk was understaffed. Our first room was not cleaned properly (dirty toilet, rubbish in wardrobe) and the sink did not drain, so we requested another room, which was luckily was cleaned. The bed is pressed against the wall and seemed smaller than a double because of this (fine for one person, but more difficult for two sharing). Hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities and was a decent price, but I will not be returning.

There was no air conditioning and the whole 4th floor we were in was very warm.

The room needs to be painted and it was ill equipped. Not one paper towel.

Interesting place to stay. Felt young again being in student housing. Very comfortable common area to sit downstairs. Perfect for singles. In the unit my cousin and I had, the doors to the bedrooms were fire doors so automatically closed and locked. (I did end up, locking myself out.)

Rezeption leider sehr überfordert bei den kleineren Anfragen. Nicht mal eine Gabel/Löffel konnte man uns leihen. Sauberkeit im Bad sowie im Schlafraum hätte durchaus besser sein können. (Seifenreste vom Vorgänger in der Dusche und teils noch Staub von Bauarbeiten)

Let's be real, this isn't a hotel; it's student accommodations they rent out. Which is fine, but definitely far from a hotel feeling. We put the sign on our door every day requesting a cleaning, and never got one. The two-person bed is tiny and hard. Just pay a little more and get a real hotel.

When we arrived, there was a strong unpleasant smell because the rubbish in the kitchen had not been taken out. We also discovered skid marks left by previous guests in the toilet. After reporting these issues to the concierge, a cleaner was sent to address the problem. The property is very misleading compared to the photos advertised. In reality, it feels more like a repurposed office block than a serviced apartment. We booked a twin room but were not informed that the accommodation appeared to be subdivided student style housing, requiring a swipe card to access individual rooms. I was travelling with my elderly mother, and she was particularly disappointed that basic refreshments such as tea, coffee, and milk were not provided. There were several maintenance issues during our stay. The television did not work, the bathroom light was broken, and only limited toiletries were supplied for two people. The bathroom extractor fan ran constantly, even when the only functioning light was switched off. The shower was adequate, but the hot water supply was inconsistent and often not sufficiently warm. Given the extremely high price we paid, the overall standard of the accommodation was very disappointing. In addition, the rooms were not serviced during our stay. Overall, the property did not match the expectations set by its description and photographs, and we do not believe it represented good value for money.
