ホテルの室内の状態とスタッフの対応には満足しているが、バーの真上に位置していて、夜中の3時までものすごい音量でバンド演奏や客の歌声が続き、一睡もできなかった。有名なバーの上にあることは知っていたが、騒音についての事前情報がホテル側から何もなかったことは、非常に残念だし、ダブリンやアイルランドの印象が悪くなってしまった。知っていたら絶対泊まらなかった。今後は事前に情報を伝えるべきだと思う。 I was satisfied with the condition of the hotel room and the staff, but the hotel was located directly above a bar, and the band playing and guests singing at a very loud volume continued until 3:00 a.m. I did not sleep a wink. I knew that the hotel was located above a famous bar, but the fact that there was no prior information from the hotel about the noise was very disappointing and gave me a bad impression of Dublin and Ireland. If I had known, I would never have stayed there. I think in the future they should inform us in advance.

街の中心部なので少々騒音が気になりますが、便利な立地です。

レンタカーからの荷下ろしに苦労しました。 テンプルバーのパブ、市内観光のためなら立地は良いです。 が、古いため、道路走行車の音、隙間風などマイナス面も。 静かな時間がないと思って。寝るには酔いつぶれるか、耳栓が必要。

チェックイン時間の前なのにチェックインさせてくれたりポストカードを出すのを快諾してくれたり、スタッフの方はとっても良かったです！ 部屋も綺麗で眺めも良く大満足でしたが、部屋の電気が二ヶ所切れていたのが残念でした。

良かったですよ。 部屋はキレイだし、フロントも親切でした 。 朝食はつけてないのでわかりません。

Really pleased with the location and room size for four people and very clean only disappointing thing was the bar staff were not very friendly

I was surprised at how quiet it was considering we were right above the bar that had late night music every day. The room want big, but great for sleeping and the washroom was a decent size.

Room was very small and crowded and no a/c. Bathroom was nice. Windows didn’t open much, so no ventilation.

Staff were great to deal with, 3pm was my check-in time, I arrived at 10am, they put my luggage in a locked room, that gave me great ease until my check-in, breakfast was fantastic. I will be going back.

This hotel is right in the middle of a high energy area, which was super fun for us. Extremely convenient to walk to all major tourist attractions. We had booked an air conditioned room but there was no air conditioner or bathroom fan, which wasn’t great. The walls are paper thin so you need to be prepared for that…bring earplugs! Staff was great and it was clean.

Great location

Next to riverfront and a short Block to Temple Bar and nightlife. Little noisey with bar below and street until around 11:30. Would stay again.

My room had a terrible odor, like sulfur. I requested a new room and wasn’t accommodated. I couldn’t open the windows. The whole hallway smelled badly. One of the staff confirmed the odor. The staff were very nice but the odor was terrible.

The room was very noisy and you could hear the noise from the bar until 3 am. People staying at the hotel banging on doors after the bar closed…impossible to get a good nights sleep. We also received several emails asking for additional money for our stay. The first email said that there were additional charges for booking 3 rooms. When i asked the fitzsimons about it they asked me to message them off platform. They asked for hundreds of additional euros in charges. I asked them to provide information from hotels.com about these charges and they then indicated that the email was sent in error. The second email asked us to check in and indicated that we still owed on the rooms. When i emailed them and said that we were paid in full( i could provide the statements) the fitzsimons said it was sent in error. I felt that there is a scam for additional money from the Fitzsimons.
