ヘイフィールド マナー

さすがのマナーハウスホテルでした。今回2部屋を予約したのですが、同じフロアとはいえ、2、3部屋娘の部屋と離れており、娘の部屋は旧館だったのか、水回りが少しふるい印象でした。 感染対策もきちんとされておられる様でしたが、お料理をサービスする人がフェイスシールドをしているとはいえ、少しお客さんとの距離が近いのが気になりました(お料理を持ったままお話するとかもあり) お部屋の中がどこまで消毒されているのか定かではなかったので少し気になる点はありましたが、滞在中は気持ちよく過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

いつ来ても本当に良いホテルです。 ただし観光をメインにされる方にはお薦めしません。ホテルでゆったり過ごす方向きです。出来れば連泊をお薦めします。

大学キャンパスに隣接した閑静な住宅街にあり、歴史と伝統を感じさせる建物。スタッフもフレンドリーで親しみやすい。あえていえば市街地へ飲みに出るにはタクシーが必要（治安が良いので少し歩く気になればそれでも良いが）と思う。それと折角のマナーハウスで人気の宿なのだから、できればシャワーはハンドシャワーにしてほしい。

Everything great as always

The Hayfield Manor hotel has class in absolutely every brick. With a wonderful suite, great food and drinks as well as friendly and comfortable areas to just chill and enjoy life, you really couldn’t ask for more.

Fantastic hotel and staff

The staff here are simply wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was superb, and the swimming pool was excellent. Appreciated the plsuh bathrobes and discreet access without having to cross the lobby. Having separate areas in the bar area and library reserved for hotel guests was lovely and appreciated during the busy holiday season.

Hayfield Manor is an outstanding hotel! The room and grounds were easily as good or better than expected for this price point. The building is historical and charming but with modern conveniences, e.g. heated towel racks and remote controlled AC (yes I needed to cool the room despite being Ireland in November and it was great to have AC). The room was large, the included breakfast was delicious and served by extremely thoughtful servers. By far the best thing about the hotel was the staff! Without a doubt this was the best hotel staff that my wife and I have ever experienced. They did things for us that you wouldn't have asked for but realized you appreciated (got the car in the rain, carried bags whenever they possibly could, etc.). Best of all they found ways to help us without our asking and without our feeling guilty they were doing things for us. Everyone had a real sense of humor which was such a nice change (or maybe they were just trained to laugh at my probably poor "Dad Jokes"), either way it was great. An example of the level of thoughtfulness occurred as we checked out. I told the wonderful young woman at the check out desk that we loved the turn down chocolates (an Irish brand not available in the USA) and that we would like to buy a small bag if possible. She excused herself for a minute and came back with a large box of the chocolates as well as a hotel branded chocolate bar. She wouldn't take money and cheerfully gave us the chocolates! Beautiful hotel - our favorite stay in Ireland! The room was great, we loved the spa and breakfast was wonderful. The staff was very conscious of food allergies, which was appreciated. The only downside is that the doorman/ bellhops were a bit aggressive upon arrival. We prefer to take our own luggage to the room and had to be a bit stern. But otherwise, our stay was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very upscale Irish hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Hayfield Manor very much. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The service was fabulous from everyone we encountered. Our dinner at Blooms was delicious and the breakfast buffet outstanding!

A classic hotel, beautifully decorated and maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The service was the best I have ever experienced. Every staff member we met went out of their way to welcome us and help us in any way possible. They were so friendly and genuine. This is truly the best hotel we have ever stayed at.
