Lovely staff. I did not have a view from the window but had good sun light coming in to the room. The rooms were maintained well and got everything needed. There was no desk or table so if you are traveling for work this might be a challenge

I would rather be arrested by the Guarda and spend the night in a cell than stay at this hotel.

Wonderful hotel overlooking fine park, in the best area minutes from the center of Dublin. Excellent air-conditioning; large rooms; very comfortable beds; very friendly and helpful staff. Very highly recommended.

Good housekeeping, all hotel staff were efficient helpful and welcoming. Breakfast and the food offer accommodated gluten free. Access to the park and to Ballsbridge Road was especially useful. Busses along the road to the city centre were frequent and the Landsdown DART station was an easy walk, as is the Aviva stadium.

I think for the price of the stay, they should include parking. 30 euro on top I feel is not necessary

I only stayed for a night. The location is fantastic (good bars / restaurants locally & nice park beside the hotel. City center is only a short walk) & the staff at check in & out were very polite & efficient. The hotel itself is very good, good sized rooms (& A/C that works!!). Mini bar was a bit on the meager side - but there was one. I would have no hesitation in going back.

Beautiful hotel in perfect location close to Aviva stadium . In a lovely area close to bars and restaurants . We will definately return to this hotel .

Lovely hotel, great location near RDS, Herbert Park, & lovely walks along the Dodder. Ten minute walk to the DART station. Only downside is condo construction on one side of the hotel — so either plan to be out of the room during weekdays, or request a room as far from construction as possible…

My number one destination when staying in Dublin. Only change I would make would be if it had a wellness facility, pool, sauna etc Fantastic hotel for solo travellers, safe, always staff on front desk or around the bar & restuarant area. It is really central and just a quick taxi to the city centre or Dundrum shopping / Dun Laoghaire pier / harbour. Ample parking aswell which also feels really safe. Room service is really good. Fabulous variety and selection. And staff are wonderful when delivering. Equally housekeeping is also too tier. Rooms are always spotlessly clean. Showers really powerful and bathroom bright and spacious for getting ready. Not so much the most scenic views from hotel rooms but it is a city centre hotel! Last time I stayed, i decided to stay on another night, and reception were helpful when booking in allowing me to stay in my same room. The only downside was I was quoted a much higher room only rate than was available online so felt a bit disheartened that best rate wasn’t available to me, i also had to go to reception to re-pay my room booking deposit which is €50 per night to cover any room service or breakage etc - which was a little inconvient. But all in all would highly recommend for a business trip, romantic city break, or solo travel, especially is female, as it is very safe! I will be back!

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Each time it’s been a very enjoyable experience. Staff always friendly & helpful. Hotel is always very clean. Rooms are a nice size.
