Lovely staff. I did not have a view from the window but had good sun light coming in to the room. The rooms were maintained well and got everything needed. There was no desk or table so if you are traveling for work this might be a challenge

ホテルはハーバートパークに面し、静かで良い場所にあります。公園の緑を眺めながらの朝食はリラックスできます。

ホテルは清潔です。一階のレストランは公園に隣接し、朝は野鳥やリスも見ることが出来ます。周辺のレストランもハイグレードです。アイリッシュ、中華、イタリアンなど。

Top class service at a fantastic location . Breakfast restaurant staff took really good care of me - 5 star service . Rooms are clean and very spacious and comfortable . I also love the fact you can park outside the front door of the hotel

A lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were lovely and we got a free room upgrade which was a fantastic suite. The free drink from Hotel.com was a nice touch too. We would definitely recommend.

I stayed at the hotel recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the parking and staff attitude. I prepaid online for parking, but when I arrived the underground car park was completely full. If the hotel cannot guarantee a space, guests shouldn’t be charged in advance. I ended up having to park in the set-down area, and was still charged the full parking fee despite not being able to use the actual underground parking I paid for. I rang reception to explain the issue and to ask if there were any alternative parking options, as the car park was so congested that cars were getting stuck with no proper way around. The receptionist I spoke to was not particularly helpful. What made the situation worse was that when he hung up the phone, my husband—who happened to be standing at reception—saw him make a face and a rude gesture, clearly showing he viewed my call as an inconvenience. This was extremely unprofessional and left a very poor impression. Overall, the parking situation and the attitude from staff were disappointing and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard

My room was spacious and clean. All staff that I met were lovely and friendly. I dined only at the lobby bar and didn’t get breakfast (this time) but I know it’s a great breakfast.

Room was spacious, well appointed and really clean. Staff as always in the Herbert pk are superb even on a busy rugby evening.

Room was comfortable etc . A very frequent visitor to this hotel as really like the location and comfort of the hotel . Ongoing gripe is charging an extra €25 for breakfast for a resident and also €15 for parking

Centrally located and easy to access any part of Dublin . Handy parking - parked car and walked everywhere . Staff super friendly and rooms top class

Excellent quality hotel in a lovely area - definitely recommend for a stop over outside of the centre of the city
