Lovely staff right in the heart of town, surrounded by cafes and pubs. It was a last-minute stay, and just what I needed.

Location was good. A bit of a walk from the parking lot. Although the room was updated and very clean and comfortable, the rest of the hotel was tired looking

No hot water. Difficult circumstances for travellers just coming in from overseas.

Bed was comfortable. Very convenient to town. Bathroom seriously needs updating.

Room was very basic, no air con so it was really stuffy and warm at night. Breakfast staff were so friendly and lovely and chatty. Had a brief encounter with the owner, who was really cranky and rude, we then overheard him being really rude with the reception staff - for this reason I wouldn’t stay again. He made us feel really unwelcome.

I've been to Lawlors in Dungarvan many times now, and I love the improvements made to the hotel. Staff and food were excellent! Brilliant location!

Parking is at the rear. Drive around the block. Safe parking lot. Bar and food were amazing with quality food and large portions. Room was very nice and bathroom was modern and spacious.

Nice room on 3rd floor with good views.

The staff are generally fine but the building is badly showing its age.

This hotel was clean with very helpful staff, but it badly needs a face-lift. The hotel looks old and dated.

Second night here , this time l got warm quiet room , big improvement from the previous night

Not the best nor worst hotel i have stayed in, The room was pretty basic and bed ok. I have stayed in other Lawlors hotels which I found to be better than this. The food in the bar was reasonably priced but not the best quality and i left some of it. it didnt feel welcoming for a business traveller with loud locals shouting and swearing all over the place. I wouldnt stay again I am afraid

Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Reception seats filthy and overall hotel is shabby For starters needs thorough cleaning from front of house to bedrooms

Over all the experience was great . Bill in particular was so welcoming and made our stay so welcoming . And the staff in the bar were also very friendly . Bedroom was perfect for our requirments . However there was one staff member who was bordering on rude . Announcing who would pay for a round of drinks in front of us all . And came back to tell us the price of the drink when I ad just paid the bill was always going to pay for the extra drink . Other than his unprofessionalism it was lovely.
