Lovely quiet place to stay and relax. Limited phone service on our phones, but that’s ok

We met Michael who was very helpful and approachable. We had a fantastic stay enjoyed the views and walks.

The property is beautifully situated on the edge of a large forested area and the views were spectacular. The property was in excellent shape, as described and we had an excellent stay! Be prepared for bit of a drive from town but well worth it - we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Mangerton. The host was very accommodating and helpful. They had a last minute cancellation and we we were so excited to secure the booking. The Chalet was beautiful and immaculate. The property is nestled in an ideal location and the surrounding landscape is absolutely breathtaking. Situation exceptionnelle à la lisière d'une réserve naturelle qui nous a gratifié de rencontres avec des animaux sauvages pas effrayés par notre présence. Calme et tranquillité dans une maison superbement équipée. Un propriétaire (Michael) adorable qui avait même préparé le feu ouvert.

This chalet is a great retreat. Close to Killarney & National Park. Very well appointed. Will definitely come again. Required cash or money transfer.

Fantastic hidden gem of a place. Michael the owner came to meet us and was really friendly. The chalet is in such a beautiful spot surrounded by nature. Such a great way to unwind in really beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Located in a really beautiful area, stunning scenery, very peaceful and quiet. Also very conveniently located to Killarney should you need to go in. The chalet is in immaculate condition, spotlessly clean and has everything you could need for your stay. We spent five nights there and enjoyed every moment of it. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thanks for a great few days away.

We had a fab time, so much wildlife around and close enough to drive to local shops if needed. We visited Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Muckross Abbey, Kinsale. We hope to go back in the near future.

Remote situation at the foot of the Mangerton Mountains. Nature all around. Exactly what we searched for! Great days!

Eine schlaglochbewährte Straße voller Schafe führt zu einem entlegenen Chalet am Berghang. Sehr üppige Platzverhältnisse und eine schöne Aufteilung sind ideal für zwei Gäste oder mehr. Waschmaschine & Trockner, Geschirrspüler, Grill und Kamin: Die Ausstattung ließ nicht zu wünschen übrig. In puncto Sauberkeit gibt es Steigerungspotenzial und dank der Lage darf man mit einigen achtbeinigen Mitbewohnern rechnen ;) Die sympathische Abgeschiedenheit jenseits des Killarney-Trubels macht dieses Chalet zu einem echten Geheimtipp.
