Very good new room. Nice staff.
My only critical point would be the cost if €20 each for breakfast. It’s a self service buffet style if the usual beige buffet stuff. I would say it’s worth €10 max. When will hotels come to the understanding that they are charging too much.

One of the best midweek stays I have ever had. The room was extraordinary, clean and spacious and so comofrtable and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome as a solo traveller, checmking in with me each day to see how I was so that I felt welcome and comfortable. I ate at the hotel each night and the food was first rate and there was a good selection. The setting was right on a beautiful beach with views across Dublin Bay that could be enjoyed from the large windows while eating breakfast, pure magic.

Room was excellent with a fantastic view of the sea. Staff were excellent especially Fiona on reception who was very helpful and nice to talk to. Management were excellent too. We had a slight issue with the furnishings.the Management sorted it and looked after us to the point when we checked out they helped carry our luggage to our car. Breakfast was very good , location for us was spot on. Special thanks also goes to the bar staff, the guiness was fantastic. Breakfast staff were also very professional and helpful too. Brilliant stay and returning in April.
