駐車場入り口が見つけにくかった点を除けば、最高の宿泊施設でした。窓から観光用の馬車が見えるので、雰囲気が盛り上がります。国立公園の入り口にも近いので、ホテルを拠点に散歩も楽しめました。

Delighted with the welcome and the upgrade , staff were very welcoming. Went to the bar for Chowder and we were frozen , Had a reservation in Colgans ,food wasn’t great we sat next to the heater and we were still cold in the restaurant . Returned to the hotel for a few drinks , we sat in the lobby beautiful surroundings as there was no room anywhere else and ended up in bed for 10pm as we were so cold It was our wedding anniversary and we were very disappointed

we had a great time at Muckross Hotel. Only thing I would say is you have to call in that you want to use the pool and spa area. which we would have known because we didn’t get to use it.

Nice stay! The location is convenient to Killarney National Park and Killarney. Patrick the concierge was super helpful. The room was OK - we did find a huge spider in the bed upon arrival. However, it was overall clean. It was a plus that they offer free bikes to explore the surrounding area.

We stayed for two nights. Upon arrival we were greeted by an amazing porter, Patrick. At the desk we were checked in by a less than friendly individual. Our assigned room was not what was described on Expedia or the hotels own website for a suite. We spent the night in that room due to the fact we were told there were no other rooms available. The next day we were moved to the room we were expecting and the hotel manager was kind. The second night we dined at the hotel’s restaurant and had an incredible meal. The second day they definitely redeemed themselves.

We loved our stay here. The staff was super accommodating. After traveling for almost 2 weeks, we used the efficient laundry service. We ate breakfast, twice, as it was included in our stay. The breakfast included buffet items as well as off the menu. Hotel had plenty of parking and air conditioner worked great.

Beautiful property with lots of parking. 3 restaurant options on site, room was big and clean. Walking distance to Muckross Abbey and Muckross House. The vitality pools are very relaxing and worth getting your time booked in advance. The breakfast in the morning is exceptional and very delicious.

absolutely stunning property! the pool was out of this world! there was a slight issue with the AC, but the manager addressed it with me personally and gave me a discount! i was not expecting that and genuinely appreciated it!!! thank you Filip! i will definitely be back. they had excellent recommendations as well. i had the Dough Bros pizza in Galway based on Filips recommendation and it was amazing!!! above and beyond service here, well worth the price and such cool things to see including the Torc waterfall was literally 5 minute drive away.

Definitely one of the best places we stayed on our trip. The grounds are gorgeous, staff all so kind. Cares about the environment.

Every detail was attended to so well

The staff were friendly and helpful. There were nice touches. For example, if you ask that the room not be cleaned they thank you with a complimentary drink card (wine/beer/coffee). It was unexpected but a nice touch. The grounds are beautiful. It was our favorite hotel during our trip.
