Really beautifully decorated for Christmas

Overall lovely, but it would be nicer to include toothbrush/toothpaste in the toiletries, as well as slippers.

Breakfast never came to the room this morning so angry

Whilst the Hotel claims 4 stars,we were disappointed with dining options,accessible bedroom limited seating,bathroom was excellent.It would be difficult to get a wheelchair into the bedroom

A Great Place to Stay!

Great staff and especially Marita.

We were not expecting there to be a many children running around in the lobby or being present in the restaurant at a spa hotel.

The park is super and the pool is lovely. Restaurant has a good menu

Dinosaurs park and a brass band in the lobby, what more could you want?

We had an amazing experience at the Newpark Hotel in Kilkenny! The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained, but what really sets it apart is how perfect it is for families. There’s Jurassic Newpark adventure park attached with a variety of animals to visit, which our kids absolutely loved. The playground and large inflatable were huge hits and gave us plenty of time to relax while the kids were entertained for hours. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet elegant. Everything from the rooms to the dining areas felt family-friendly without sacrificing comfort or style. This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Ireland for traveling with children — a perfect mix of luxury and fun!

It was definitely not worth what we paid. The air-conditioning didnt work very well and the family hotel room was very very basic and not very big. The restaurant was terrible. Made a reservation for 730 and didnt get sat till almost 8. When we were sat it was in the back of the resteraunt in the corner was soooooooo hot. The wait staff was stressed and the it was palpable. Sadly we wouldn't recommend to stay there and definitely not to eat there.

So many children running about and crying- staff totally overwhelmed. everything had to be prebooked due to the numbers if families so did not feel like a holiday. Pool full of kids- I have older kids so understand kids are unpredictable but we were also on holiday and the numbers were just overwhelming. hotel felt like a giant uncleaned playground for toddlers. sorry but not a nice experience as s holiday…only if you have toddlers.

Very nice hotel with lots of included options. Reservations for breakfast, pool, etc. are a bit confusing and complicated when traveling with kids.

Brilliant stay for families. Best in the country.

We arrived very early so the room wasn't ready understandably, they took our number and phoned us as soon as it was, which was 2 hours before check in. Room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The food was delicious and hot
