Great hotel and staff on top of the quality level!

The room wasnt vwey clean. The curtains were dirty and there was previous residents dirty socks under the chair. The carpet looked like it hadn't been hoovered either.

Staff were courteous but rom had a number of problems, No heat in the room on arrival. This was resolved. No hot water the following morning. Alternative room was provided for shower etc.

Located outside Cork – this a delightful full-service hotel that provides an oasis of quiet. We stayed for a single night on our leisure trip to Ireland – and although it was on the outskirts of Cork, it helped us discover the delightful town of Cobh – a hidden gem in Ireland. Breakfast the next day was wonderful and set us up nicely for the Ring of Kerry. We look forward to coming back to Ireland and seeing more of the area with the Radission Blue being a signature stop.

The service was amazing. The property was extremely comfortable and spacious. The staff was very friendly and professional. I would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Clean and effective staff

The hotel was very understaffed. We waited in line for 25-30 min to check in because there was only one representative at the front desk. She was great but alone. We had dinner in the restaurant but there were only two servers. The manager was great at helping but the restaurant was full. Our “upgraded” room had a broken lock, badly stained floors, something that looked like blood on the shower curtain and an overwhelming smell of chlorine from the pool.

We have come to expect more from this chain but like Athlone we were left with a bad overall experience we’re sorry to say.

Nice room but too noisy as near road. Above swimming pool and heat rising but could not open windows because of noise

Overall it was a ok stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the breakfast and dinners we had were all delicious, we can't fault that at all. We were disappointed however to find there is no spa there any longer as it wasn't made clear anywhere before booking that that was the case. The pool was just a few degrees too cold that it wasn't a comfortable experience and the jacuzzi was just a corner of the pool which you stood up in with some jets. The changing room had no cubicles so people were struggling to change without revealing themselves. The radiator in our room had the thermostat hanging off and although we alerted reception noone fixed it during our stay. The toilet also really creaked if you sat on it which was a bit unnerving when it is only attached to the wall. So it was an average stay but we wouldn't book to stay there for a special occassion again.

Tolles Hotel, tolles Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Kostenlose und ausreichende Parkplätze. Nachteil: man benötigt ein Auto. Hotel liegt in einem Industrie- und Gewerbepark wo nach Feierabend nichts los ist.

Room keys continually did not work, staff did not replenish towel’s until trip to front desk. For the price, will not stay again with this level of service!

Nice place with good amenities, good quality food and excellent customer service from all staff we dealt with.
