Spacious clean room, excellent helpful staff. Only complaint is the constant slamming of the doors, which are heavy for security and safety, but so many folks are not mindful. Otherwise great location for many day trips.

Clean room, friendly staff, walkable to nearby amenities. The pool (leisure facilities) were a nice touch. The food and service in the restaurant was great!!

As we walked through the door we received a big smile, which is a good start. The staff all over the hotel were very friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy and was in a great location. Will definitely be returning.

Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Es waren Spülmittelreste auf den Tellern und Gläsern. Im Poolbereich gab es keine Handtücher. Die Ausstattung des Hotels zeigt, dass es bessere Zeiten gegeben hat. Das Personal war nicht aufmerksam. Wir hatten in Cork keine bezahlbare Unterkunft gefunden. Mit dem Auto war das Pendeln aber kein Problem.

The staff is super friendly and accomodating. Our room had an issue with the radiator, so they supplied us with a heater. Excellent hotel. Location, food staff all brilliant!

Lovely big room and mostly clean but found a couple of long back hairs on the bed and in the bathroom. A few stains on the carpet too. It could do with a bit of tlc. Main reception and bar/breakfast room were lovely and service was very good. Great selection at breakfast. Our only issue was that 3 guests were drinking, talking and laughing in the car park until 4am. I had to ring the night porter to get them to be quiet as we had disturbed sleep. The fire alarm then went off twice and stopped at 7am so our sleep was disturbed again. Told that someone was smoking in their room. Mattress very soft and slightly uncomfortable. We would stay here again though as this was not the hotel's fault.

Wow what can I say we had 2 rooms during our stay 120 and 117 amazing rooms, clean and with shower and shampoo facilities This hotel is first class had a fab night last night and the food was amazing So don’t delay book

Went to the hotel for one night in August. Staff were very nice and friendly. Hotel is a bit tired. Rust on shower rail and sink didnt drain. There was a musty smell about the hotel. Breakfast was buffet and was very tasty. My wife is gluten and dairy free and this was no problem for them and she got a full irish. Overall i guess yhe question is ....would i stay there again and i believe i would
