First of all they switched us to the Parnell Blvd Apartments so I have no clue if these apartments are good. The floors at the new location, had paint stains and paint dust all over them. There was no signage in the hallways and the elevator had bashed in buttons and the hallways had random doors open showing exposed pipes. The noise level was extremely high and we were shocked they’d move us to such a terrible alternative. On top of all that they forced me to use their app, which not even their staff could get to work. We found other accommodations. I’d give 0 stars if that was an option.

Good place

Staðsetningin er frábær. Soldið vesen að finna íbúðina því hún er hvergi merkt, bara heimilisfangið. Taxinn fór með okkur á annan stað sem var merktur eins!! Tækniheft fólk gæti ekki verið þarna með app og fl. Ágætlega snyrtileg íbúð, wc inn af einu svefnh. var alltaf hálf stíflað eða lítið vatnsrennsli. En fínasta meðaleinkunn.

Fantastic location. Shops, restaurants, and the River Liffey within a few minutes walk. Keyless entry to the apartment, using an app, was convenient. The balcony was nice. Having a washer was good. The apartment smelled very fresh when we opened the door, however, the place could use an overall refresh. There were stains on the sofa, in the bathtub and mold on the bathroom ceiling. There was outside music and noise up until 3 am each morning, but given the location, we expected this. Because of the great location, would recommend to others.

Pros- walkable to dining and transit. Spacious-the apartment had good space for our family of 5, clean. The entire center s thing 10-15 mins walking. Lots of nightlife right outside. Cons- this place needs to be renovated. Windows don’t open or some don’t lock, the seals are leaky and don’t dampen outside noise The area is pretty noisy at night. Beds need to be replaced, bathroom lights are corroded and not working, cabinets are in poor condition. Very 90s vibe.

Heating and hot water failed twice. Sofa was awful, very uncomfortable and only seated 2 but accommodation is for 5. This made relaxing difficult. Kitchen amenities were great. Bathroom is worn out. Security great but Upkey didn’t switch easily between locks. Staff were great and responded quite quickly. Parking @fleet street Q park would have been good to know prior $70/5 days

Wonderful stay, great location! The apartment could use some minor cosmetic improvements but overall a great stay and all amenities you could need with a full kitchen! Easy to access especially with the new smart lock process, very flexible with early check in when possible. I would love to stay again in Dublin at this property but would request if possible a unit on the side that overlooks the busy bustling Temple Bar alleyway (Crown Ally rather than Cope Street). Overall a great stay!

We had no hot water for showers. Overall just not a very nice place- shower had exposed wood, floor planks were coming apart etc. Communication was good.

Fantastic location, office staff great. Good kitchen set up with everything we needed. Not the comfiest of beds, the bathroom definitely needed an overhaul - broken tiles and the shower screen leaked which turned the floor into puddles. Would however stay again on a short trip due to location and service. the issues were only minor

Great location but noisy at night

Lovely location! We had a good stay, but noticed a few issues around the apartment. The back of the bathroom door was covered in visible mold, and the bathroom rack was a bit rusty. The curtains in the main room came loose a few times and we had to hook them back up. Security was easy and we felt safe and comfortable in the building. We loved how close we were to Temple Bar and to transit!

Very disappointed!! Be careful as management company changes your apartment without notice. Had booked and paid for a totally different apartment on the top floor of same building to accommodate for the size of our family. Had taken screenshot of the place - during booking for my records. We were provided with a totally different unit that was way too small. Had 2 grown adult sons share a twin sleeper sofa. Very difficult to communicate with property management - no texting within Expedia app or WhatsApp - only local phone calls. Different team members don’t communicate with each other. Eventually able to move to another unit, BUT was 10min away with an additional cost of €100. Overall, now recommending this place.

Die lage ist super, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider hat der wasserboiler nach einem Tag nicht mehr funktioniert. Wir waren nur zwei Tage dort, daher war es nicht so schlimm. Alles andere war top👍 es hat alles gepasst und super funktioniert. Ich würde es jedem empfehlen der das volle Stadtleben geniessen will.

We wanted accommodation in the middle of the Temple Bar area. This apartment was right in the middle of it. The apartment was clean and there was everything we needed.

Lovely apartment to stay in and so close to everything you need you in Dublin. Recommend staying with friends to fill the rooms!

This property felt dirty. The photos are deceiving and don't show the filth in the apartment. The couch was stained so we placed a comforter on it to sit. The tub was stained, tile cracked and dirty. The balcony door was broken and didn't lock. We stayed in apartment 1 and it was not worth the cost.

Nous n’avons pas eu l’appartement que nous avions réservé (apparemment dégâts des anciens locataires). Celui que nous avons eu était moins bien situé par rapport à nos attentes et d’un standing inférieur. Il était très bruyant et beaucoup moins cosy que celui que nous avions réservé. Et cela pour le même tarif!!!

We did appreciate the great location. What we did not like was the hide à bed poor mattress, especially for adults. The fire alarm that went on due to next door restaurant exhaust fan that got all the appartments fire alarm system to go on at 10PM.

Appartement très très bien situé dans le quartier de Centre ville de Dublin, à environ 100m du célèbre Temple Bar. A proximité à pied de tout, comme énoncer dans l’annonce, idem pour comment se déplacer. Appartement est daté mais propre, cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, un lave linge est également disponible. Plusieurs appartements dans le même immeuble (et certainement d’autres dans la ville) sont gérés par City Break Apartments Ltd. Attention, il n’y a pas de service d’accueil directement à l’adresse du séjour. Le check-in et check-out se fait uniquement au bureau central, celui se trouve à 15-20 minutes à pied de l’appartement. Vous aurez la possibilité de confier vos bagages si besoin. Après les pubs et après avoir visité Dublin. Si vous souhaitez, vous pouvez aller faire une randonnée à 15 km environ en dehors de Dublin, vous pourrez vous rendre à la presqu’île de Howth, c’est à environ 30 minutes en transport en commun (depuis la station de gare PEARSE).
