中心地から少し離れていましたがコンパクトで清潔な部屋でした。 フロントがないとのことで不安でしたが親切なスタッフの方がいて困ることはありませんでした。

スタッフがとても感じの良い方たちでした。ただ、チェックインの時に電話して呼び出すので外国で使える電話で無かったので困りました。

事前にカード決済で代金を支払っていたはずなのに、チェックイン時に未払いと言われ仕方なく支払いました。しかし帰国後に届いたカード決済記録を見るとちゃんと決済されており、同じ住所番地のStudent Homes Dublinという学生向け宿泊施設から二重課金されていたことが分かったため、エクスペディア事務局を通じて抗議し現地払い分を返金させました。どちらも緊急連絡先が近所の別のホテルになっていたり、不明点が非常に多いです。 部屋もツインベッドのシングルを頼んだはずなのに、ベッドルームが二つ（ベッド数5台！）もある集団用の部屋で（Student Homesだったわけですね）、たいへん戸惑いました。館内は迷路のように階段が入り組んでいて、非常時には怖いなと感じました。 部屋は清潔ですが、1階カフェの店員を兼ねるフロントスタッフも最低限のサービスしかしません。正直お勧めできない宿です。

Stayed solo at Tom Dick and Harriet’s in Dublin last weekend and absolutely loved it. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a good night’s sleep after a busy day. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, making everything feel easy and welcoming. Great location for getting around the city, too. Would happily stay again and recommend to anyone looking for a quality, hassle-free base in Dublin.

We originally had a street room and asked to be moved to the back so it quite. Gretchen moved us to a back room and it was very peaceful. Beds good. Good location. Wifi a bit spotty

Monica was very helpful and helped us with our bags. We did not find the area excessively noisy. Rooms were clean. Beds really comfortable. For the price this was a really good choice for us. Hailing a cab was very difficult but quite walkable to city centre

No hot or warm water in the shower.

The cozy nook was unique and tastefully decorated. The welcome area was also nice to meet other travellers or just hang about.

The place was nice and quiet, checking-in went smoothly. Maybe not the safest of neighborhoods, but on the whole a good experience.

Stars are deceiving, but for the kind of property this one is, it is great. The area where it is located has been somewhat run-down, yet it appeared to be safe, and with the exception of one beggar, we had no issues and walked everywhere (and it is close to buses, etc.) This is not a fancy place to stay, but the room was large and clean, the staff was very friendly, and when we were there, it was very quiet. And in contrast to many of the higher-priced places we stayed, this one has secure wi-if and an iron, both of which we greatly appreciated! We didn’t even have trouble getting hot water, which is something several reviews have mentioned. The main building does not have an elevator, but some rooms in the back do not need one. If a person needs luxury - food on site, concierge, bell hops - this is not the place; but if a clean, large room with secure wi-fi, snacks, and nice staff, works for you will like it.

Amazing property and helping staff

Had everything I needed for my one night in Dublin. Took the no 16 bus (€2.60 in exact change) from the airport and roughly half an hour later and a 2 min walk from the bus stop. Receptionist was friendly, welcoming and informative. The room itself, whilst narrow, was spacious with comfortable beds, and lovely furnishings. The ensuite was very clean and complete with shower gel, shampoo and soap....not to mention the steaming hot shower. The room was on the first floor, so could hear the tunes from the pub next door, but as this was my stay after seeing Oasis at Crone Park (only a 20 min walk away), was a great way to end the evening... The tunes finished at about 12:30, but there were ear plugs provided in the room should you want to block the noise out. Great recommendation for breakfast at an Italian cafe round the corner too. Would definitely stay here again.

Claudia the manager was extremely helpful and friendly. Very unique clean rooms with tea and crackers available. Also laundry available very safe.

Nothing really to dislike other than the shower (hot water took an age to come through)great value for money, within 15 min walk to main centre/temple bar, the 41 bus from airport drops off literally the other side of the road,staff were friendly and attentive, thankyou enjoyed our stay
