Excellent customer service, the best I have experienced at an airport hotel. An attentive and helpful night porter that was so helpful and friendly. Lovely clean rooms.

This is a very large property. Our room was a half mile from the front desk, and involved a flight of stairs/elevator. Our room also had a wacky system that requires the guest to insert their room card/key into a slot on the wall in the room in order for the electricity to work?! I’ve never seen anything like this before, and I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world… I question the need for this, considering I had already checked in?? I wasn’t told about this by staff and had a hell of a time figuring it out. Anyway…overall the property was clean and close to Shannon Airport - and those were the most important things when choosing a hotel.

Perfect place to stay for our last night in Ireland. Very convenient to Shannon, fuel stop next store to gas up the rental, and a restaurant on site (pizza also across the street). Room was comfortable and quiet. Very satisfied.

This was a perfect stay for our short stay in Shannon. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

I was extremely grateful for the service given to me at the hotel. I most appreciated the resteraunt for helping me put together a catering order for up to 11 people. The food was delicious and enjoyed by all. A big shout out to receptionists who made our accommodations so comfortable.

This was an okay place for our one night stay. A quick five minute drive to the airport worked out well. The hotel is rather dated. We had to take the stairs to our room- not easy with heavy suitcases. The bed was not the most comfortable and the room itself was quite basic. All in all, if you are heading to the airport, this works, just feels overpriced for the hotel itself.

A lovely hotel, very peaceful. We had a Junior Suite which was very well laid out, great amenities. Delicious breakfast in the morning.

Really nice hotel that was perfect for our last night in Ireland. Proximity to the airport was close but without that airport hotel feel. Walkable to the local mall with shops and groceries, nice staff, good restaurant.

No cleaner came to room 2nd day. Bed didn’t particularly need changed but things like replacement towels, water, coffee replenishment etc would have been good.

The dinner that we ordered was delicious. I had the tortillas... One was shrimp and the other was fish. The sauce was amazing.

Have stayed at the hotel before on more than one occasion and think it is very nice but just think it is very expensive for what you get.

Very quiet place to say. Suitable for short stay. Very good breakfast and friendly staff.
