部屋の広さも十分で、アトリウムに面したテラスが非常に良い。 また隣接してレストランがあり、遅い到着で食事の心配があったが、リーズナブルに食事をすることができた スタッフも非常に気さくで良かった。

Good breakfast, though disappointed that since my last visits it is no longer possible to have Manx kipper as a breakfast choice. Decor in corridors and room a little tired. Worst feature is that rooms are only serviced once every 3 days, not everyday, so only once wa during a 5 night stay. Never experienced this in any other hotel.

Bedrooms excellent bathrooms really lovely and very clean… no need to take towels as lovely clean white towels provided. The Sefton Hotel really is a Great place and directly on the seafront close to the ship terminal… the Gaiety Theatre next door which is another amazing place to visit. The Bar prices were quite good too. The bar itself is very small and staff look like they are running ragged trying to serve everyone lovely friendly staff too. The Breakfasts are so GOOD… a lot to choose from cereals fruit fat free yoghurts…. Pastries and all and everything you could ever want in the Buffet style breakfast. I would just love to give 5 or more Stars…. It just needs a few things e.g. a lick of paint here or there and carpet in some areas. That however seems unfair as the Sefton Hotel is the best place I’ve stayed at in The Isle of Man so well done to everyone. The ladies in the breakfast room are truly lovely and friendly

A lovely warm welcome, staff were all brilliant and friendly. Lovely rooms available but we got a room with a rubbish view, broken drainage pipes, water gushing noise. Unfortunately the swimming pool was out of use also but was offered usage of sister hotel down road but not the same as being able to just pop down to use it. Breakfasts were lovely. Encore bar and restaurant were brill lovely food and drinks . Just a shame about what could have been a 5 star

Fantastic stay, room atrium room - felt like in the middle of a forest with a waterfall - very relaxing - staff could not do enough, real good breakfast. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back xxx

The room and hotel is very tired and in need of a great deal of updating and redecoration. The housekeeping didn’t happen on any of the days stayed there despite asking for it at reception. So no clean towels or cups etc. we also had the previous guests beer cans left on our atrium balcony. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and pillows were like rocks. The bath needed resealing as had mould and broken off enamel. No idea why this room is twice the price of our hotels on the island that are much better. Terrible value for money.

A great stay as normal, I’ve stayed here for many years. Has parking were a lot don’t on the front. Reasonably priced.

Nice room and good location

Staff were good. Room was perfect. Breakfast excellent. Bar facilities seem to cater for young people with blasting music. We used the Empess hotel to have dinner and drinks in a calm setting. The only thing that lets the Sefton down is the bar and no restaurant for evening meal.

Clean room disappointed that fellow guess slam the door etc And now restaurant on sight
