ヴェネチアの駅から近く、荷物を預けて観光することは便利ですが、トイレとシャワーは共用です。また、食事は付いていませんが共用の食べる場所にお皿やフォーク、電子レンジが使えるので夕飯は近くのスーパーが何件があるので便利でした。

ヴェネチアで予約したホテルを見つけるのは難しいと思い思います。ここは駅の前の道をローマ広場を背にして進むだけ、近くに中華料理店があり、教会まで行くと行き過ぎです。看板もしっかりあります。迷いません。

駅のすぐ近くですが、入り口が分かりづらいです。 スタッフはフランクで色々な情報を教えていただき助かりました。

滞在中停電して大変だったが、立地は最高で便利。

本島で値段も安く、十分満足できるホテルでした。

ホテルのサービスが良いです。wifiは少し電波が悪いですが使えます。駅から徒歩5分程で、買い物通りの真ん中にある為場所は申し分ありません。

女性一人で4泊しました。ｼﾝｸﾞﾙ･ﾊﾞｽﾙｰﾑ付きの部屋を予約していましたが、ﾀﾞﾌﾞﾙﾍﾞｯﾄﾞの部屋を用意してくれました。人通りの多い通りに面した部屋でしたが、二重窓で騒音は気になりません。家庭的な部屋といった感じでﾎﾃﾙと言うには簡素な印象ではありますが、ｻﾝﾀﾙﾁｱ駅から近いと言うﾛｹｰｼｮﾝ、ｳﾞｪﾈﾂｨｱのﾎﾃﾙの値段を考慮したら納得の宿でした。ﾚｾﾌﾟｼｮﾝまでの比較的急な階段をｽｰﾂｹｰｽを運ぶのに一苦労しました。ｽﾀｯﾌは聞かなければ何も教えてくれませんが、聞けば気持ちよく対応してくれます。ｱｯｸｱ･ｱﾙﾀ(高潮)用の長靴も言えば貸してくれます。11月のｵﾌｼｰｽﾞﾝの宿泊で(宿泊客も少なかったと思います)、WiFi接続良好(無料)、熱いｼｬﾜｰ浴びれました。清潔度は普通です。

Potrebbe essere piu attrezzato, dare piu servizi alla propria clientela, per esempio, con servizio ristorazione , anche mezza Pensione, mini bar in camera, e un poʻ più di accuratezza per i dettagli. Everything was Ok but the nights there were way too hot. No air conditioning in the whole building. I would have been great to - at least - have a fan in the room. Have that in mind if you are staying here. Opening the windows is not an option as there are a lot of mosquitos. For the rest, the location is perfect for tourism.

Don’t stay here there’s bed bugs. When I talked to the staff if it was possible to switch rooms. He mention that all rooms have bed bugs.

Sadly, I can’t give a full review, because I never actually got to stay. The air conditioning had already been out for three days before I arrived, and despite the staff being friendly, the best solution offered was: “Just open the windows.” Fair enough, except the windows looked directly into the rooms across the alley. And while I’m no prude, I figured the neighbors didn’t sign up for a live, unfiltered view of me in my birthday suit. They said maybe the AC would possibly be fixed by Monday (another three days), but for the sake of comfort and public decency, I found another place to stay.

Run, Don't walk away from this property!!!! We stayed in Room#4 and our friends stayed in #14. Many updates are needed here--the a/c unit in both rooms will blow cool (not cold) air for about 5 minutes, then they just blow air. The toilet seats were anchored to the bowl with 1 screw (in both rooms) In Room #4 the bed was so low to the floor that we might have just slept on the floor!! The mattress had things poking through the mattress. Also the mattress was stained. (see pics) The lamp on the nightstand tables -1 was missing the globe. (see pics) All in all 4 of us we were very uncomfortable for 5 nights we were there. Besides the walls & ceilings being in disrepair, with broken plaster from previous leaks, this Hotel needs an overhaul. Very Disappointing.

Filthy and nasty with crushed musqitios with blood stains on the wall. no refill on toilet paper in the shared bath room. worn down and all rooms in bad shape.

L’hotel si trova in ottima posizione. A 250 mt ci sono i traghetti per il trasporto su tutte le destinazioni. Il personale dell’hotel Adua è gentile e cordiale ma purtroppo la pulizia non era al top. Ho soggiornato 2 notti e non hanno fatto né il cambio asciugamani, né ulteriore sapone e nemmeno il rifacimento della camera. Materasso e cuscini di pessima qualità!

Although this was one of the most affordable options, the stay was not cheap and we were expecting at least a nice place to stay. I’m pretty sure we got bedbugs from the room. Additionally the bathrooms had a terrible smell and I was not sure the last time they were cleaned. It was supposed to be smoke free but the downstairs foyer smelled like smoke. At the end of our trip, the power kept going out just in our area. Although we appreciated that the hotel let us shower in the main hotel (as there was no hot water due to the power outages), it seemed like there was no urgency nor responsibility for the issues we faced.

Loved proximity to train and canal. Too bad the air conditioning didnt work.

Piacevole soggiorno per una notte, in centro storico a 100 m dalla stazione Santa Lucia,da dove siamo arrivati! Camera nelle aspettative del prezzo (ragazzi, non ci si può aspettare Hotel Excelsior a questi prezzi modesti per Venezia!!!), personale gentile e discreto, avevamo camera in edificio a parte, attaccato all'hotel principale.Zona centralissima dove abbiamo fatto tutto a.piedi (..e vaporetto sempre a pochi passi dall'Hotel) per visitare in un solo giorno (e notte!!) Tutta Venezia!
