Nice agritourismo. Room was very clean and Marcella is an accommodating host. Good AC unit in kitchen and living room area (there isn’t a separate unit for the bedroom). Did have a small issue with the hot water, but overall was a nice stay.

The property is situated with a 15 minute walk up to Montalcino. It's steep but doable. The views from the property are outstanding. Marcella is incredibly friendly and helpful. We only stayed two nights, so did not use the kitchen that much, but it is very well stocked with pots, pans and everything else you would need if staying longer. The grill in the oven did trip the power, but I am sure Marcella will get that fixed immediately.

It was amazing! Felt like I was staying at my Nana s country home. This place is homey, a spectacular view, within walking distance to Montalcino.

Wifi very slow / non functional Heater didn't work at night; very cold Pillows smelled like sweat Bed hard as a board Sheets were very rough and the two total pillowson the bed were hard as well. Beautiful view and location just outside of town - if you get the room with the outdoor patio Shower tiny; bring your own soap and shampoo and washcloths You have to sit or stand at an angle to use the toilet as it is the the corner of the bathroom next to the coffin shower. Beautiful and spacious indoor space and outdoor patio, but the little details were missing...like water glasses (there were wine glasses). Checkout time of 10am is way too early Would not stay here again because of the bed and the lack of pillow cleanliness.

Very friendly, professional and welcoming. Beautifully quaint building with ‘stunning’ views. Breakfast basic but perfectly adequate with selection of meats, cheese, small cakes, yogurt etc, with freshly made coffee. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Paradise on earth and the owner is just wonderful, the food was amazing, and I’ll comeback again for sure

A beautiful property a few minutes walk from Montalcino city wall. The views are spectacular and our apartment was clean and furnished beautifully. There was nothing more we could have needed. We even purchased a bottle of wine for aperitivo and sipped sitting on the beautiful furniture outside our apartment. Breakfast in the morning was perfect! 10/10.

Uma fazenda especial, com uma vista de tirar o fôlego. Dá para ir à pé até a cidade de Montaltino. A fazenda produz azeite extra virgem maravilhoso, açafrão e outros produtos. A proprietária sempre com ótimas recomendações para visitas aos arredores para wine tasting, apreciações históricas e culturais. Fica a 20 min de carro das termas de bagno vignoni. A decoração da acomodação é uma graça, só vá preparado para ficar sem wifi no quarto, pois o sinal até chega, mas é fraco e insuficiente para carregamento das páginas. O wifi pega bem no refeitório.

Set just below Montalcino, easy to find and a short walk to the centre (path a little uneven so recommend a torch at night). Views spectacular from the terrace, apartment comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful place but the bed was very squeaky everything else wonderful

Nice tuscan home. Be aware that there is no AC. Friendly staff.
