早くに着いたので荷物を預かってもらうつもりが15分で用意できるし共用スペースでコーヒーでもと温かく対応してもらいました。エレベーター前に小上がりの階段があって大きな荷物を受付の女性に手伝ってもらえ助かりました。部屋には避難用の地図もあり安心でした。歯ブラシなどはついてません。イタリア語での会話も楽しかったです。

ロケーション、スタッフ、朝食の内容など、全て満足でした。 強いて言えば、エレベーターが、ホールまで小階段があり、重い荷物はちょっと大変なのと、小さい1機しかないのでなかなか来ないことがあるくらいです。

Do not stay at this hotel. It was the worst hotel me and my husband have ever stayed at. Check in was at 3:00 and by 4:00 we already checked out. The AC wasn’t working, the walls were dirty (it felt like a prison cell) also the bathrooms had mold growing from the ceiling. Save your money and don’t stay here!!

Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war großartig und immer freundlich, das Bett super bequem und das Zimmer sehr sauber. Alle städtischen Sehenswürdigkeiten waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Beim nächsten Mal in Triest bin ich auf jeden Fall wieder dort.

This is a beautiful,old hotel. While it is suffering from a little wear and tear it is still a nice place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The area outside the hotel is loud and a bit run down but still safe and only a short walk from key attractions. Despite the noise outside, inside the hotel was quiet and we never heard any street noises in our room.

Great location, quiet room with double glazed windows. No safe in room. High ceilings.Excellent breakfast. Air conditioning adequate for mid September, however it was set to not go below 22degrees Celsius (73 degrees. Fahrenheit.) which may not be sleeping temperature for some North Americans.

Room was clean with a large bathroom. View of one of the Gondola staging areas was cool. Steps from st marks square. Easy walking distance to water taxi stops. Would define stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent with a great selection. The area outside the hotel is loud and a bit run down but still safe and only a short walk from key attractions. Despite the noise outside, inside the hotel was quiet and we never heard any street noises in our room.
