部屋は清潔です。 ソファベッドは、欠陥がありました。 朝食は普通ですが、サービスは良質でした。

観光するには最高な立地、スタッフの対応はそれなりに良い。

ホテルの決め手はフリーワィファイだったが、部屋ではほとんどつながらず、いちいちロビーに行ってメールをチェックした。どこでも徒歩で行かれる便利な場所ではあった。

I was looking forward to seeing the famous view of positano townscape and beautiful sunset viw at the balcony. I writed the mail to Hotel. But there are some bad view rooms on down floor. No sea viw, No landscape in the room.

ホテルの部屋は非常によかった。周辺エリアは、目の前の通りが暗いのが少し気にかかる。1本出れば広い通りにはなるので、そこまで心配はないエリア。

通りを中に入り込むので大きい荷物を持って駅から徒歩でいくのは治安上オススメではないと思いますが、それ以外は非常に雰囲気の良いホテルと思います。夜の治安が気になる方は歩いて一分以内に美味しいピザのお店もあります。

The hotel itself has a good structure; however, there are several service issues that need improvement. The location is quite difficult to access by car, as it is situated in the historic downtown area with very narrow streets, some of which are restricted to local traffic only. In addition, the parking area is located far from the hotel, which makes arrival and departure less convenient. Upon arrival, there was no one available to assist with luggage, and guests must carry their bags up steps in order to reach the elevator, which is not very practical. Room cleaning is only carried out until 12:00 pm, but this information is not clearly communicated to guests. As a result, our room was not cleaned during our stay. In addition, the hotel does not offer room service, which limits comfort, especially for a property that otherwise presents itself well. Another point that felt quite unpleasant was the checkout experience. Checkout time is at 11:00 am, and exactly at that time the lights in the common areas were turned off, which came across as unnecessarily rude. Overall, while the physical structure of the hotel is good, the level of service and guest experience should be improved to match it.

A qualidade do Wi-Fi era péssima, o chuveiro ruim e a tomada ao lado da cama não funcionava. O café da manhã não tinha opções saudáveis e alguns hóspedes receberam tratamento preferencial.

We had a junior suite, and it was very comfortable. The room and hotel were completely quiet, something rare in Naples. The hotel's location was terrific. Every hotel employee was friendly, courteous, and helpful. This is an extremely well-run hotel, and it was a pleasure to stay here for five nights.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and staff was friendly. There was shopping close by with good deals. We bought a medium size luggage for €20. Continental breakfast was very good with a large variety. When everyone is trying to take a shower in the morning, hot water does run out which I heard it is common in these areas so I would have to take a shower at night or very early in the morning. I know Naples is known for their graffiti so I was not surprised with that, but I was surprised with the amount of trash in the area when we arrived by taxi, we found a pile of trash in front of the hotel. Which was cleaned up the next morning.

Location is very convenient, shopping, dinning, and for transportation. Breakfast is included, the room is clean and best Italian bedding and towels. Five stars serving, front desk staff are very helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.
