It’s right in the city center, close to everything and a very short walk to the bus stop and not far to the train station. It has a cute little courtyard and attached restaurant. We had breakfast every morning which was included in the price and was a really good breakfast with lots of options. We loved our stay and if we are able to get back to Como, we will stay here again!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich top.
Leider muss ich jedoch sagen, dass das Zimmer eine große Enttäuschung war. Es war extrem klein und bot keinerlei Annehmlichkeiten wie einen Kühlschrank, Safe oder Schrank. Man hatte das Gefühl, direkt im Flur zu liegen, da jedes Geräusch zu hören war. Obwohl es eine Klimaanlage gab, blies diese unangenehm direkt auf das Kopfteil des Bettes, ohne dass sich daran etwas einstellen ließ.
Das Badezimmer war ebenfalls sehr veraltet. Der Duschvorhang war schon ziemlich abgenutzt und konnte das Wasser nicht zurückhalten, sodass nach jeder Dusche das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr begrenzt: Es gab beispielsweise zur Auswahl nur helles Brot, Dosenfrüchte und Cornflakes. Als ich nach laktosefreien Alternativen fragte, wurde ich ungläubig angeschaut, als hätte ich nach etwas völlig Ungewöhnlichem gefragt.
Insgesamt steht das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in keinem Verhältnis, und ich war sehr enttäuscht von diesem Aufenthalt.

Mycket bra service, mitt i centrum.
Tips - om ni åker bil använd inte GPS för att få färdbeskrivning, utan be hotellet om färdbeakrivning. Blev väldigt trånga gator med GPS.

Hotel is in a great location, ten minutes walk from the main train station (San Giovani) and a few minutes walk to the lake. It is situated in the old town which is largely pedestrianised.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy. It is a little dated, but not run down or lacking maintenance. The breakfast is ok, limited choice continental but as expected for the price.

Close to the cathedral and the lake this is a wonderful spot for easy access to Como. I would have given all 5 stars but 2 more pillows and access to an additional blanket in the room would have been ideal. The temperature in the room was a bit cool for our liking given the recent dip in temperature on our end be night stay.

Anfahrt mit Pw. sehr schwierig. Lage super in der Altstadt. Für Romantiker ok. Frühstück ok. Hotel in alten gemäuer ok. Für längeren Urlaub nur bedingt zu entfehlen

Staff was very nice & helpful. They offer taxi service to Milano airport MXP for 100 Euro. Room had pot to heat water for tea or coffee, hair dryer. Shower VERY SMALL with shower curtain. Remember to bring your own washcloths as none were supplied in any of the 3 countries we visited. Breakfast was included but limited & promptly at 10 was removed. Location was great for walking to everything. If going to Bellagio recommend C 30 bus from train station as first stop & only 10 minute walk. It’s a 1:50 ride so standing not fun.

the room and how close the hotel was to everything. The check in was a breeze and we were up to our spacious room in no time at all.
There is a lot of space in the room and it was comfortable. I would give it a 4.7/5 only because our room could not keep a wifi connection and there was no mini fridge. This was a minor issue because we were gone all the time.
This may seem weird, but i relly appreciated that they kept the key at the front desk for you while you were out. The reception desk has a person 24/7 and it was nice not to worry about losing the key while you were out.
5 out of 5 I would stay here again. Walk out of the inner court and you are in the heart of Como.

Fint gammelt hotell, litt slitt, stort rom med god plass, kjøleskap, kaffemaskin, ikke aircondition men flere vifter. Tilbyr parkering i bakgård/garasje men må kontaktes først for instruksjoner om hvordan kjøre til hotellet og reservering av parkering

super beliggenhet, service i resepsjon meget bra, noen er flinkere til å smile og se på meg når de gjør det, får meg til å føle meg sett og velkommen.
Personale i frokostsalen må lære seg til å være hyggelige, det var ikke mulig å få et smil. det trakk ned. at vann og juice ikke var kaldt trekker også ned. Det var heller ikke spesielt bra egg. Ingen eggerøre og de kokte var ofte ganskje kalde.

very nicely situated for getting around Como. Nice hotel in general. I really liked the beds had sheets instead of those big comforters.
