ホテルの部屋は広くてとても綺麗でした。 シャンプーがブルガリでした。 バレーパーキング利用が初めてで心配でしたが、フロントの方が親切に対応してくれました。25ユーロで少し高めです。フリーパーキングもありましたが、路上駐車なので心配です。 朝食は無料で、オーダーする料理とビュッフェを食べることができました。

Tutto bene,ホテルは予想していたよりもとてもよかったです。また、泊まろうとおもっています。

部屋は15平方と小さいですが、1Fでの朝食がバラエティに富み充実（フレッシュジュース、美味しいパン、シリアル、フルーツ、ヨーグルト　ハムはなし）していました。午前中は日向のため暑く、午後は日陰になり、海沿いを気持ちよく散策できました。無料のレンタル自転車は利用価値大でした。

　ここのサービスは完璧です。スタッフがとても親しみやすく、また部屋もきれいで、眺めも最高です。このレベルのホテルに日本で宿泊するには、おそらく２倍くらいの費用を負担することになるはずです。ただ普通の部屋にはバスタブがないので、風呂につかりたいという人にとってはその点だけがマイナスかもしれません。しかし、このホテルにはそんなことを補って余るほどの魅力があります。お薦めします。

I had great time here because of the great staff who would always run to you to give the best experience in Siracusa. I enjoyed all the restaurants they have recommended and although rooms had some issues, they were always very helpful to fix them. I would appreciated if they have recommended us to hire a taxi to see some of the ruins in the town because they were just too far away to go on foot and and would be to difficult to go by a bus. I think the room was a bit too small to our comfort but we were lucky to be upgraded to the Junior Suits. Overall, I really would like to thank the staff because they left very good impression of people from Siracusa. Taorumina might be more glamorous as a resort but I definitely liked the simple and kind people here more.

泊まった部屋は、たぶんこのホテルで一番最低ランクだと思いますが、部屋で寛ぎたいっていう人以外には問題ないかと思います。 スタッフも、部屋のことを含めて、気を遣ってくれての応対がとても良かった。

We are a family of four, have traveled extensively and absolutely loved this hotel! Perfect location, able to valet park, breakfast included, but what really made it truly amazing is how friendly the staff were, including: Denise-who even helped us with our luggage to our room, Sonia-who was a delight in the morning at breakfast, even bringing us freshly squeezed orange juice (definitely get this!) and I’m not sure of his name, but the gentleman who made us cappuccinos every morning-he was wonderful. They were all simply delightful! If you are a runner, I highly recommend running along the water each morning. My only suggestion would be to make sure everything is removed from your car, we left with one less 12V charger, not a big deal, just take all of your belongings. Will definitely come back one day!

Siisti hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Erittäin avulias ja mukava henkilökunta. Erinomainen aamiainen. Ainoa miinus oli olematon näköala.

The only reason I didn’t rate this hotel 5 stars is because there is no outdoor space to sit / relax in. Outdoor space is important to me. If not to you it is a 5 star review.

Gorgeous little hotel meticulously maintained by super charming people

The hotel is ideally situated as a base for walking around the sights of Ortigia and Siracusa. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the free water and soft drinks in the minibar were a bonus! Breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food and drink and set us up for each day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with special mention for those working at breakfast and on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and every breakfast request was delivered with speed and good grace.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very courteous and attentive. We loved the town of Ortigia.

The Algila hotel in Ortigia is fantastic! Perfectly located on the east side of the island, it offers easy access to all the touristic spots on the island. The staff is very helpful and always pleasant. We opted for a room upgrade and got a perfect suite with a rooftop terrace. The breakfast buffet was great too with a nice variety of options. Definitely recommend this hotel for travelers to Isola di Ortigia!

Great stay at a very interesting property. We found the staff in the restaurant exceptionally helpful, and we think the chef is first-rate.

The breakfast was outstanding, with a very wide variety of fresh products. The staff was excellent across board. Denise was particularly helpful and hospitable. She gave great recommendations and was kind and patient. Kudos all.

The breakfast was good, though it would have been better to have more fresh fruit. The bed was also a bit lumpy and could use replacement. Overall the stay was excellent and I would book it again!
