We had an absolutely wonderful time staying here. Our kids had fun on their playground and my wife and I enjoyed the views, the hospitality. And the entire experience. The food was outstanding.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. Gut ausgerüstet mit Klimaanlage und Wlan. Das essen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Although our stay was only two nights, Graciela, Roberto, Paolo & the rest of their wonderful family/staff made us feel so at home & welcome. Our stay here was simply wonderful. The views were breathtaking, the food exquisite! We will be back!

De borgo ligt op een hele rustige, wat afgelegen plek in het Toscaanse land. Een complex van zo'n 10 gebouwen, waarin verschillende appartementen en een restaurant, en een groot zwembad. Alles is erg mooi gerestaureerd. Het uitzicht is adembenemend.

Fantastic location and the owners are wonderful hosts. They went out of their way to help us during our stay when our travel plans went awry, and dinner on the terrace in an evening is excellent should you wish to partake!

We wanted a quiet agriturismo location near Siena.The Antico Borgo Porgiarello exceeded our expectations. Nino, the patriarch of the family which owns and operates the property extensively renovated and remodeled this working farm in 2000 to create a rustic haven. The views across the Colle Val D'Elsa were spectacular whether during the day, watching the magical sunsets or at night looking at the lights of San Gimignano and other Tuscan hill towns flickering like medieval torches against the splendid backdrop of the night sky. We had a suite with a small well equipped kitchen, TV, table and sofa, modern bathroom with great hot water and a comfortable bedroom. We stayed for 5 nights and ate dinner every night at the lovely little restaurant on the property. One of Nino's sons is a very talented chef and served a splendid and varied 4 course dinner every night. Breakfasts were also very good. The property is only accessible by car, up a narrow, windy road, so we would breakfast and then head out for the day. We visited Montereggiano, San Gimignano, and Sienna on successive days and spent one lovely languid day reading on our private terrace, food shopping in a nearby village and lolling about the lovely big infinity pool.

The hotel, surroundings and feel were top notch. Great condition, perfectly manicured and taken care of. The only reason I cannot give this hotel a full mark is because it is seriously complicated to find, regardless of the indications on their website, which I think could be more thorough. In our case, it took a bit of the gloss out of our stay, after spending nearly two hours asking everyone we came across.

Cadre exceptionnel, accueil chaleureux, bonne nourriture maison, idéal avec les enfants (beaucoup d'espace pour courir, aire de jeux, piscine) Roberto et sa famille sont très présents et nous ont aidé beaucoup. Endroit propre et tranquille même en haute saison, séjour très reposant. Nous serions heureux d'y retourner
