Superior customer service, excellent central location, stylish and clean hotel, best breakfast we’ve had in Europe. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. It's walking distance from everything ( great food and shopping). This hotel has a restaurant that's awesome! The breakfast is a must and the drinks and dinner was excellent! We didn't have lunch here but I'm sure it's great. The staff is so hospitable! Valentina and Deborah ( I only remember these names but everyone was good) made us feel so welcomed there. We planned a boat trip and it was supposed to rain a little that day. I was hesitant about the rain but Valentina assured us it would be worth it!! And it was!! The skipper Alberto was patient and knowledgeable! The hotel packed a beautiful bag with food for the boat ride. I almost cried. It was beautifully packed for us. They have a shuttle service that was so convenient. I got sick one night and I had to leave our dinner ( somewhere else) and when I came back I must have looked horrible. Deborah said what do you need? How can we help you? I said I just needed to lay down. These people are soooo caring. I hope the manager realizes what he has in his staff. They are wonderful people. We stayed at a few other hotels in Zurich and we all said it's not Avenue Boutique. We so enjoyed it and we are ever in Como again. We will stay here for Sure!!

Hotel quatro estrelas cuja a garagem está a 800 m de distância e não tem valet pra levar e trazer o carro. A gerente senhora Roberta foi muito atenciosa excedeu a sua garagem pessoal para mim. No café da manhã prioriza o atendimento externo aos hóspedes.

Hôtel bien placé, petit déjeuner banal ( carte réduite pour les clients de l'hôtel avec petit déjeuner inclus) suite junior surévaluée, mal située au fond d'une cour toujours encombrée, pas de terrasse privative, pas d'intimité dans la chambre (obligation de vivre avec les rideaux tirés) vélos stockés devant les fenêtres, impossible d'avoir un accès par la porte fenêtre, bruyant dès le matin, clients extérieurs sont mieux considérés

Sehr schneller und unkomplizierter Check-In mit vielen Hinweisen und grosser Hilfe. Keine Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Hotel, aber das Parking liegt zu Fuss etwas 12 Min. entfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal und ein gutes Brunchbuffet, dass keinen Wunsch offenlässt. Das zeigt sich auch darin, dass nicht Hotelgäste von diesem Brunch Gebrauch machen und zum Frühstück erscheinen. Zimmer würde ich nächstes Mal nicht mehr das Standard wählen, sondern die nächste Stufe im Angebot. Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und werden es beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Como mit Bestimmtheit wieder buchen.

Skøn morgenmad i dejlige rammer på torvet. Vær opmærksom på at værelserne ikke er lydisoleret (vores lige ud til torvet var i hverfald ikke). Det er muligt med parkering, men ikke ved hotellet - vi måtte gå 9 min fra p-huset. Dog er det muligt at køre hen til hotellet og tjekke ind. Skøn beliggenhed tæt på hvor det hele sker

We had an amazing time. The property is cool and well kept. The Bistro is great - good food and a fun vibe. The stars are the staff - amazingly friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back to this one.
