Really nice locations in a perfect place.

We really enjoyed staying here, we had a suite which gave us a small sitting room with a balcony to relax in, it made it feel very roomy. It’s a beautiful apartment, there is a dining room where breakfast is served. Breakfast was fresh bread, packaged pastries, yogurt, cereal and coffee, for Eur 5 it was an easy start to the day. There are a lot of stairs, it’s on the 3rd floor. It’s a very convenient area with restaurants and the main attractions nearby. Lovely hosts who helped us with directions. We walked from the train station but there is bus to the airport just around the corner so even easier.

Lovely friendly and clean hotel. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyed the stay and very accessible to centre of Catania bus station a d train station

Some friends and I stayed here while visiting Catania. The innkeeper greeted us kindly and offered suggestions about sightseeing and dining. We took his advice and had a great supper at a nearby trattoria. The room was large and comfortable. The location was more central than we expected. There was much to see within walking distance. Breakfast was light, typical of Italy, but satisfying. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience, and would recommend the B&B without any hesitation.

I stayed there with my husband on september 15. It was a very nice stay. Hotel was a historical 17th century building. The owner Sergio was very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed his company. The location is very close to historical center and main tourist attractions. I highly recommend this hotel.

El B&B está en una calle céntrica, muy próximo al teatro Massimo (se pude ver desde la puerta). En la misma calle hay varios restaurantes con lo cuál está muy concurrida, cosa que se agradece, ya que hay zonas de Catania un poco deserticas. Sergio, a pesar de no hablar castellano, nos preguntaba y se hacía entender, mostrando interés para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. La habitación era muy amplia y el baño muy actual. El único inconveniente es que estaba en el último piso, con lo cual había que subir 4 pisos de escaleras, pero la ubicación del B&B y la habitación merece la pena.

I was really warmly welcomed by the gentleman who offered valuable help in organizing an amazing trip to Etna, and recommending other local programmes. We had nice discussions, he enjoyed a lot that I speak a bit of Italian and many times pushed me to practicing the language, although he also speaks perfect English. The lobby is beautiful, old-fashioned; the room is modern and in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the pictures. Note: the room is on the 4th floor, no elevator :)

Superbe adresse ! Très bien situé dans Catane à deux pas du centre ville. Le B&B est en réalité un 3* et non deux comme annoncé sur le site. Situé aux deuxième étage d'un ancien palais, les chambres sont magnifiques. Nous avons même eu droit à une suite avec deux pièces et salle de bain refaite à neuf récemment. L'accueil était très bon et le propriétaire nous a indiqué d'excellentes adresses de restaurants typiques juste à côté, très bons et à un prix plus que correct. Il y a une possibilité de garer une voiture dans l'immeuble si besoin, contactez le propriétaire avant afin.

Wir hatten unsere Ankunft angemeldet und mussten 1 Stunde vor verschlossener Türe warten. Erst nach mehrmaligem Anrufen kam der Besitzer. Er hatte kurzerhand unser reserviertes Zimmer an andere, italienische Reisende vergeben, die 3 Stunden vor uns ankamen. Der Besitzer redete sich auf dieses Missverständnis heraus, war aber unverschämt, meldete uns bei Expedia als nicht angekommen ab und bot uns an in einem Apt. zu übernachten. Das ursprünglich gebuchte Frühstück war plötzlich auch nicht mehr Teil des Preises. Wir nahmen es nur an, weil es abends war und wir am nächsten Tag weiterreisen wollten. Seine routinierte Art zu feilschen und zu lügen lässt uns denken, dass wir nicht die Ersten sind, die so behandelt wurden. Wir warnen ausdrücklich davor, in diesem B&B zu buchen.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas compris, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation. Pas de parking mais possibilité de se garer dans le quartier (payant).

Accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire et conseils prodigués avec plaisir. Situation intéressante par rapport aux transport et au centre ville, quartier un peu bruyant le soir. Confort correct.

Dieses B&B liegt sehr zentral in Catania, einfach mit der Buslinie 457 (vom Flughafen) zu erreichen oder auch ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist es bis zum Domplatz oder zur Via Etnea. Wir hatten zwar kein Frühstück, uns wurde aber morgens Kaffee angeboten. Es gab kostenlos Wasser. Die Räumlichkeiten dieses Altbaus sind sehr schön, v. a. das "Wohn- / Frühstückszimmer" mit einem sehr schönen Deckenfresko. Dort haben wir uns öfter aufgehalten, da das W-LAN leider nicht bis in unser Zimmer gereicht hat. Da dieses B&B jedoch nicht all zu viele Zimmer hat, sind wir anderen Gästen nur selten begegnet und hatten den Raum immer für uns. Andere Gäste waren sowohl Paare als auch Familien. Das Team des B&B ist wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen.
