Not easy to find parking spot

Great location for visiting the historic center of Syracuse.

Just very basic. No Aircon just an in room heating device. Next to a fish restaurant so you can’t really open the window! Bathroom—so very basic with a broken ceiling light with wires hanging. Breakfast selections are so so—one cheese, one salami, more carbs—-sweet stuff, limited cup yogurt selection, ok coffee. Rooms are one floor up and no lift. You have to carry your luggage up two flights of stairs. Caveat emptor!

I traveled here with my elderly parents and we all agreed this was a lovely stay! The rooms were charming and the staff was very helpful- even providing us excellent recommendations for restaurants and a taxi. It was the perfect location to walk around and explore Ortigia!

Un b&b de charme dans une ancienne et belle maison, idéalement placé au cœur d’Ortigia, tout en étant au calme, sur cour, à proximité des commerces et des restaurants. Personnel très serviable et aimable. Petit déjeuner basique et décevant.

While the staff was lovely, and the location is perfect, there were a lot of things that could have been better. The air conditioning in the room was locked so you couldn’t put the temperature below 25°C. There is no fridge in the room just a small shared fridge. Breakfast was very underwhelming, and that’s putting it nicely. I suppose you get what you pay for.

Such a beautiful location in the heart of the town! Absolutely stunning property!

Great location!!! The room was spacious for our family of 4, however, the air conditioning was so loud and the main area was very hot.

This B&B had old world charm and was very well located to sites, restaurants and shops. It was a little difficult to find. But with a little help, we made it. No elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll have to navigate the stairs. Hosts were very nice.

B&B all'interno di un palazzo residenziale, in pieno centro Piacevole e silenzioso L'unico consiglio più attenzione alla colazione, vista la ricchezza dei prodotti locali, peccato non proporli.

The location is why we chose it. You exit onto one of the major, (mostly) pedestrianised streets with lots of restaurants. Unfortunately there is construction wotk next door which started at 0800 but as there’s no nightlife in Ortigia we were up by then so it wasn’t a problem. It’s hard to find. There’s a buzzer by the door. We had to Whatsapp the owner. It’s on the first floor, up around 20 steps. The interior is very traditional with dark wood. The owner is pleasant. His English is minimal but he is helpful. The room was large, clean, with a comfortable bed, a sofa, wardrobe and two chairs. With the shutters closed it was pretty quiet at night. The bathroom was adequate, with a very small shower. There was hot water, plenty of towels and basic hair, shower gel and hand gel. I would recommend this property for an excellently located, simple-style accommodation for a short stay.

I LOVED this palazzo that is still owned by the son and his wife. It is pretty, charming, full of family antiques, with a beautiful courtyard below, sparkling lights and an art gallery. Very kind owners and staff. It is a BnB and not a hotel so you are on your own but absolutely lovely.

Très bon accueil. Un accompagnement pour nous aider a stationner sur cette ile. Le personnel est bien veillant.

Struttura situata in un stabile d'epoca in pieno centro a due passi da piazza del duomo. Personale disponibile, menzione speciale per Valentina e Maria veramente gentili e premurose. Consigliatissimo!!!!
