Staffs were nice, cleanliness were nice. Staff Syncthia , other receptionist and last at Breakfast Restaurant all were good. However, there could a Hotel shuttle service to Vergiate Rail station back and forth as there is no public transport or even walkway for pedestrians at Vergiate.

Zimmer hatte großflächig Schimmel neben dem Bett. Dadurch ebenfalls ein unangenehmer Geruch im Zimmer.
Durch die Flecken an der Wand ist es auf den ersten Blick zu sehen, dennoch wird das Zimmer weiterhin an Gäste vergeben.
Leider erst nach 23 Uhr angereist, weshalb die Rezeption nicht mehr erreichbar war für einen Zimmerwechsel.

Séjour confortable. La climatisation était forte mais on peut l'arréter pour dormir. La literie est ferme et agréable. Le personnel est disponible. Le petit-déjeuner continental est convenable.
Je recommande et n'hésiterai pas à sélectionner de nouveau si besoin.

Ma mi dice che con la piattaforma di hotels.com non è possibile fare fattura… in altre piattaforme non c’è nessun problema!
Non si può parlare con un operatore per chiarire la fatturazione del pernottamento.. bah!

Le gros problème c'est l'accès,une voie rapide à 70km sans voie de décélération pour accéder à l'hôtel et pour sortir idem pas de voie d'accélération je trouve que les accès aurait pu être mieu pensé

Not sure what the smell was in my room, but it smelled like a dentist office times 100. The floor was so warm. Hotel is not within walking distance to anything. I would only recommend this hotel to a man who needs a place to stay before a flight.

The front desk staff were so lovely. Gave us info on where to go and what to see. They could not have been nicer.
Now, I only say this because I know how difficult it is to figure out where to stay but…the smell. Masked by some sort of cologne in the lobby, it became evident as you climbed the stairs. My sister said her room smelled like a dentist’s office but I was getting goat. It was really really strong. The heat in the hallways was abnormally high. I would choose somewhere else at least for the next while.

La chambre était très très chaude (le couloir également) et le chauffage ne se réglait pas directement : nous avons dû plusieurs fois descendre à la réception pour demander à baisser. Finalement, nous avons dormi sans couette pour supporter la température, bien qu’ayant demandé à descendre à 19 degrés.
Le reste était globalement bon, attention par contre à l’accès de l’hôtel qui se fait directement par une voie rapide. On peut louper la sortie au premier abord.
