B&B ホテル パレルモ クアトロ カンティ

パレルモ駅からは歩けなくはないが、荷物がある場合はタクシー利用となります。市内の主要な観光スポットはホテルから徒歩圏内と抜群のロケーションです。部屋も広く清潔で、夏でしたがクーラーもよく効いていて快適でした。ホテルからバスターミナルのあるパレルモ駅まで９ユーロでした。

A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet.

Es war das hässlichste Zimmer, das wir in unserer gesamten Urlaubslaufbahn hatten mit Behinderten-Bad und keinerlei Tageslicht. Frühstück nix besonderes und einer völlig lieblos gestalteten Dachterrasse und schrecklichem Kaffee und das mitten in Italien…. Nie wieder!

Café da manhã razoável, sem opção de sucos. O primeiro quarto estava muito ruim, pedimos pra trocar e fomos para outro quarto um pouco melhor funcionários atenciosos, boa localização, no centro histórico e perto de tudo.

AC wasnt working, but I think that's an Italy thing. As a result the room was overly hot and not as advertised (false claim of AC). It was near many attractions and food places and in a great area. Checkin and checkout were easy and the room was clean. Only a single pillow, but it was adequate enough to sleep. Bed was pretty comfy. I would personally choose another location given the lack of AC and uncomfortable conditions, even if they're forced upon you by the government, it should be noted for people if it's not actually available.

Excellent staff and superb service from all the staff at the front desk. Rooms are beautiful and very clean, great size bathroom and showers. Staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions and giving directions to certain areas that we questioned.

Super centrico, limpio y una atención grandiosa. Tanto el personal de día como de noche, super atentos Tiene una terraza, donde dar un desayuno miy copioso, con unas vistas extraordinarias. La habitación muy grande, limpia y el baño también. Sin duda muy recomendable

The reception area looks very nice but when we got to the room 316, different story. The room is a disaster, starting with no ventilation whatsoever in the bathroom, moldy caulking around the tub and a horrible stench that comes out in the bathroom if you keep the door closed. We didn’t try to use the air-conditioner as the vents looked filthy and dusty and we didn’t want to inhale that filth. I don’t understand how this building (or at least the room 316) has obtained occupancy permit. This is definitely unsafe to occupy. Other issues observed were: no towel bar in the bathroom, black markings on the room walls, the mattress wasn’t even but deepening into the middle. No doubt, this room was my absolute worse experience since I booked mostly through Expedia for more than 15 years now. The remedy I am requesting is a full refund of the amount I have paid for this disgrace.
